Terrorism is an Enemy of the Ummah's Revolution and a Cover for the Failed Rulers Stop it with More Work for the Real Islamic Project that Prohibits Sanctified Bloodshed and Criminalizes Diversion from Major Issues
(Translated)

Outrageous attacks have recently cascaded in Tunisia, and the most severe was the targeting of a military patrol in Sbeitla in governorate of Kasserine, which claimed the lives of five of our sons from the armed forces on April 7th. Before that was the Bardo Museum attack which targeted security personnel and tourists. After these attacks, there are no signs to provide full security to the country and its people, rather analysts expect the worst of "terrorist acts" and some of them confirm the possibility of moving to car bombs inside the cities...

These events have revealed the public opinion the terrible failure admitted by the government under the pressure of provocative questions. Moreover, people resented the contradictory official statements, especially after the Bardo operation, and perhaps the most serious of which was the one that mentioned the dressing of military uniform by the perpetrators of the crime!! As well as the lack of official clarification for what was stated in a local newspaper that a number of security personnel corresponded with the ministry the day before the incident, warning of the tragedy!!

But what calms the aware and the sincere is the public denial of such crimes and the continuity to challenge through the intellectual and political gatherings. Besides, the increasing awareness that "terrorism" is the enemy of the Revolution of the Ummah by all accounts:

First, for the prohibition of sanctified bloodshed of the people of the country; be they from the general public or the security and military personnel, and the impermissibility of killing civilians arriving from abroad after giving them security to enter the country. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said,

«من خرج على أمّتي يضرب برّها وفاجرها ولا يتحاشى من مؤمنها ولا يفي لذي عهد عهده فليس مني ولستُ منه»

"And whosoever from my followers attacks my followers (indiscriminately) killing the righteous and the wicked of them, sparing not (even) those staunch in faith and fulfilling not his obligation towards them who have been given a pledge (of security), is not from me (i.e. is not my follower)" (Narrated by Muslim).

Secondly, it provides a fertile environment and repugnant opportunities for foreign intervention, whether through investigations or through pressures and dictations. Thus, a day after the Bardo attack, i.e. on 19th March 2015, the French press confirmed that a willing French judges who are expert terrorism and judicial security officers are prepared to shift to Tunisia. U.S. Press Secretary Josh Ernest, said that the United States has offered assistance to Tunisia in the investigation into the circumstances of the attack on the Bardo Museum. The remarks of the Secretary General of NATO, the EU Foreign Minister and the President of the European Council and others, about the need for more coordination with Tunisia in security terms, were all in the same context ... These remarks were met with immense shrugging and resolve that we remain vigilant, to avert any foreign intervention and accounting the Government for its suspicious silence toward such statements...

Thirdly, because it covers the failure of the governments in their policies, and obscures the real issues of people's rights, retrieval of wealth and accounting the corrupters. Two days after the Bardo tragedy, there was a wide controversy about the miserable speech, in form and content, of the Prime Minister in Tunisia, as if he says "We are not the government, we do not have a project, but we are at best a statistics agency". As he has described an actual failure and narrated figures known by everyone and has asked the people to be patient in the absence of vision and disability!!

The days preceding the incident, exposed the struggle over the lobbies in Tunisia, including within the ruling party, and exposed to the public opinion the extent of the falsity of the apparent political life and how much corruption exacerbated in the country; in legislation, implementation, policy, and economy...

Fourthly, it is exploited in a desperate attempt to suppress and intimidate the people and to divert the Ummah from its project and from the glad tidings of the Prophet (saw). «خلافة على منهاج النبوّة»

"Khilafah "Caliphate" on the Method of the Prophethood". The failed government has used these events to undertake random arrest campaigns, despite its claim to know the details of things and its elimination of the most dangerous elements!! They are trying to crack down on everything connected to Islam and its rituals. Their obstinacy and arrogance brought them to target the populous az-Zitouna Mosque, trying to slowly restricting the education at az-Zitouna as secularism restricted it before. And here it is, promoting itself to the West as a protector for separating Islam from life and averting the Islamic awakening in the country. Thus, the head of the state immediately after the Bardo incident stated to media subsidiary of France, its colonizer, and said, "We will not be governed by the Shariah forever ..." trying to affix crimes to the honorable Shariah; imitating the Western politicians in their exploitation of the wrong practices and their interpretation of the events to discredit the project of the Ummah and the glad tidings of the Messenger of Allah (saw): Shariah and the Khilafah "Caliphate", as the only civilized alternative to secularism and capitalism.

O honorable ones from the security and military forces,

The "terrorist acts" aimed at the people of the country and the civilians - whoever the perpetrators - were never on the side of Islam and the Ummah, instead they were and will always remain on the side of secularism and the enemies of the Ummah. Through them, colonialism has converted the jihad against it in Iraq, Pakistan and Afghanistan, into civil wars by proxy to achieve its goals. In Algeria, Syria, Yemen, Libya, Tunisia and elsewhere, the terrorist acts have always been against the revolution and enabled the return of many men of the previous regimes who hate the revolution, its people and whoever supports it of politicians, intellectuals, security and military... And the targeting of security and military personnel is only a distasteful attempt to keep them out of their Ummah and hindering them from bringing victory to the Revelation (Wahi); no one has preceded them to it except the first Ansar, Allah is pleased with them to the Day of Judgment. So do not be deceived by the practices of the sinners or by the diversion of the losers and respond to them by your cohesion to Ummah and upholding its real project that you were standing on the side of its revolution.

O our people in Tunisia, O who launched a revolution that plagued the oppressors

They fear your uprisings and are afraid of your awareness; you have seen the effect of your burning questions in their contradictory statements. For you, with these high motivations and major goals, are the people of the Rashid (righteous) rule on the basis of Islam and deserve the great rulers and leaders, not like those incapable (Ruwaibidah) rulers who are betting on the loss of lives and are waiting for opportunities and inattention of the people to destroy the files or squander the cases or enable corruption and colonialism. So we, Hizb ut Tahrir, promise you to be contrarians to them, rather to those who command them, until we become the rulers of truth and justice. Our main concern is the Ummah and the pleasure of our Lord. It is not our concern the interests of the foreigners and the whims of the powerful. So, be our supporters and helpers and do not submit your leadership except to the conscious and the sincere; not to the abusers and the conspirators. And do not fear them, as their matter is for cessation just like the others.

[وَلِلَّهِ الْعِزَّةُ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلَكِنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ]

"And to Allah belongs [all] honor, and to His Messenger, and to the believers, but the hypocrites do not know." [Al-Munafiqun: 8]
