Who Are the Rulers of Pakistan to Speak of Religious Duty, When the Only Duty They Perform Is Service to the U.S.?

On 17 September the spokesperson for Pakistan’s armed forces, speaking to Arab News, said, “We remain not only committed but we are already there for the protection of the Haramain Sharifain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are there to protect them.” (https://www.dawn.com/news/amp/2030830)

What do the rulers of Pakistan know of religious duty? For years, the Muslims of Pakistan demanded mobilization of their armed forces to save the children of Gaza. For years, the Jews have been attacking the third of the sacred masajid, and the First Qiblah, Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa. For years, the Hindus have been consolidating their occupation of Kashmir, with all manner of brutality. Where was the religious duty of these deceiving rulers, then?

The only duty the rulers of Pakistan value is their service to the U.S. Having failed to subdue Iran with his cowardly troops, Trump now wants Muslims to fight Muslims so that the U.S. remains supreme over their ruins. So, now the rulers of Pakistan talk of religious duty to deceive the Muslims.

O Muslims of Pakistan and their armed forces! Ignore the lying servants of the disbelievers. The unification of the current Muslim states as a single Islamic state is a religious duty. Jihad by the armed forces to eradicate the US military bases, including its base in Taif, Makkah province, and its forward base, the Jewish entity, is a religious duty. The removal of the agents of the U.S. from power is a religious duty. It is time to make a stand before we burn in the fires of a regional war, where Muslims fight Muslims, so that the disbelievers achieve victory over the Islamic Ummah. Allah (swt) said,

﴿لَّا يَتَّخِذِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِن دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ۖ وَمَن يَفْعَلْ ذَٰلِكَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَ اللَّهِ فِي شَيْءٍ﴾

“Let not the believers take the disbelievers as allies instead of the believers; and whoever does that has nothing to do with Allah.” [TMQ Surah Aali Imran: 28].

It is Time for the Mobilization of the Navies of the Ummah Against the Mischievous Hindu State

On 16 September 2026, the foreign ministry of Pakistan stated, "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs today summoned the Charge d’ Affaires of the Indian High Commission in Islamabad, and lodged a strong protest over a highly provocative and unacceptable action by a vessel of the Indian Navy in the Pakistan's Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) on 15 September 2026." The rulers of Pakistan limit their response to condemnation to any unacceptable military maneuver by the disbelievers. Moreover, their condemnation comes after the rulers of Pakistan met the leadership of the Indonesian Navy and joined the Multinational Maritime Defense Coalition (MMDC), which includes Bangladesh, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Turkey. Are the combined navies of the Muslims not enough to subdue the Hindu State, which does not desist from its provocations over the water supply of Pakistan and incites regional instability through its proxies?

However, rulers of Pakistan surrendered their military decision-making to Washington, which decided that the armed forces of Pakistan can only operate under the framing of “counter-terrorism.” Washington does not consider the Hindu State as a rogue, terrorist state that fights Islam and Muslims whenever it has an opportunity. Instead, it considers the Hindu State an ally in its conflicts with China and the Islamic Ummah.

O Muslims of Pakistan! You are not helpless observers before the continuous aggression of the disbelievers. If you do not have the power to change, you must demand change from those who do have the power. You must approach all your relatives and friends within the armed forces of Pakistan. You must condemn alliance with the US and fighting Muslims under the banner of counter-terrorism. You must demand that they remove the traitors in their leadership and appoint a Khaleefah (Caliph) who leads the armies of the Ummah in victories against the disbelievers.

And when the military officers ask who must they work with to achieve the change, direct them to Hizb ut Tahrir, and may Allah (swt) accept from you.

What of the Sanctity of Muslim Blood and the First Qiblah, Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa?

Express Tribune reported on 16 September 2026 that “Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry has said the “Makkah Joint Defence Agreement” between Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Türkiye has no regional aspirations and is purely defensive in nature, to ensure collective deterrence. Speaking to Al-Arabiya English during a special interview, the spokesperson said the agreement was based on collective deterrence and had “no offensive, no interference, no aggressive element” and was purely defensive in nature.” (https://tribune.com.pk/story/2629518/makkah-defence-pact-has-no-regional-aspirations-aimed-at-collective-deterrence-dg-ispr)

Even whilst officially the military leadership of Pakistan is expressing reluctance to interfere in the conflict between Saudi Arabia and the proxies of Iran in Yemen, it is building a narrative that the defense of the Second Qibla of Islam, the noble Ka’aba is an obligation.

Have the military commanders of Pakistan forgotten our First Qiblah, Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa? They ignored the demand of the Muslims of Pakistan to mobilize in support the Gaza for years. Yet these same commanders are now spinning a web of lies to protect the American bases in Saudi Arabia, and the servant of Trump, Muhammad Bin Salman (MBS). They are preparing for a long war between Muslims, in which Muslim kill Muslims in order to secure the bases of the U.S., including its forward base, the Jewish entity.

And have the military commanders of Pakistan forgotten the sanctity of Muslim blood? Abdullah bin Amr said,

«رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَطُوفُ بِالْكَعْبَةِ وَيَقُولُ‏ مَا أَطْيَبَكِ وَأَطْيَبَ رِيحَكِ مَا أَعْظَمَكِ وَأَعْظَمَ حُرْمَتَكِ وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ لَحُرْمَةُ الْمُؤْمِنِ أَعْظَمُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ حُرْمَةً مِنْكِ»“I saw the Messenger of Allah (saw) circumambulating the Ka’bah and saying: ‘How good you are and how good your fragrance; how great you are and how great your sanctity. By the One in Whose Hand is the soul of Muhammad, the sanctity of the believer is greater before Allah than your sanctity.” [Ibn Majah and At-Tabarani].

O Muslims of Pakistan and their armed forces! Halt this unfolding treachery by establishing the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly-guided Caliphate) which will mobilize the Ummah against the attacking disbelievers

Petrol Crisis Can Only Be Resolved by Unification of the Muslim World, Control of the Straits and the Shariah Ruling for Public Property

The government further increased the price of petrol by Rs4.42 per litre and high-speed diesel (HSD) by Rs6.10 per litre, effective from Tuesday, September 15, 2026, marking the sixth consecutive hike in petroleum prices. The Muslims of Pakistan are being crushed by the rising prices of fuel. The Muslims throughout the Muslim World are facing the same hardship. The rises costs of transport from producers to the market place has also contributed to the rising costs of food and other essentials.

However, the Muslims have abundant sources of fuel within their lands, whether it is oil or gas. They also have the ability to control the movement of oil and gas tankers through the major straits of the world, of which the Strait of Hormuz is just one. The Sunnah of the Prophet (saw) determines that fuel (وقود wuqood) is a public property, whose commodity and price is for the benefit of the community of Muslims. The Shariah Law of Allah (swt) obligates the unification of the Muslim lands as one state, so there is no question of huge bills for importing oil and gas from within its regions, as the entire Muslim World is one territory.

So, how have the Muslims continued to accept this hardship and injustice for so long? How have the Muslims accepted then hundreds of cases of injustice due to the absence of the Shariah Law of Allah (swt) from ruling governance and their unifying state, the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly-guided Caliphate). There are signs that the Muslims have had enough of the current systems and governments. There are protest movements from Indonesia to Morocco. Sensing an imminent earthquake, the rulers of Muslims have become more oppressive. All the protest movements must have a single demand: the implementation of the Shariah Law of Allah (swt) through the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah on the Method of the Prophethood.

The Land of Al-Hijaz Must Be a Pillar for the Second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate), Not a Pillar of Trump’s New Middle East

On 13 September, the office of the Prime Minister of Pakistan stated, “Telephone Call between the Prime Minister and Saudi Crown Prince... the Prime Minister reiterated Pakistan’s strong condemnation of the recent attacks by Houthis on Saudi Arabia’s civilian and economic infrastructure.” (https://x.com/PakPMO/status/2099107632380616918)

Islam started from Al-Hijaz and spread all over the world. The mission of our master Prophet Muhammad (saw) reached the east and the west of the Arabian Peninsula, laying a basis for the conquest of the Persian and Roman empires. However, today ruler of Al-Hijaz has made Al-Hijaz a center of conspiracies against Islam and Muslims. The rulers of Pakistan are now helping Trump’s agent, Muhammad Bin Salman (MBS), to establish a new Middle East, in which the Jewish entity is normalized within a web of alliances. This web of alliances is used to pressurize any Muslim state that resists complete subordination to the US, as Iran and its regional proxies in Yemen are doing.

Wars between Muslims will bring ruin for the Islamic Ummah because all sides of the conflict fight on the basis of nationalism, and sometimes sectarianism too. This is why the war between Iran and Iraq lasted eight years. Any outbreak of fighting between the Muslim states today will last as long, if not longer. The only victors in wars between Muslims are the disbelievers and the hypocrites.

The Muslims must strive to re-establish the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) in a single powerful Muslim state. The Khilafah will restore Al-Hijaz as it was for centuries, a pillar of the Islamic Ummah. The Khilafah will unify all the Muslims states as a single state ruling by Islam. The Khilafah will eradicate the US military presence in the Muslim World, including its forward base, the Jewish entity. So let the Muslims strive for goodness in the Dunya and Aakhira with the shebaab (members) of Hizb ut Tahrir.

It Is a Shariah Obligation for the Armies of Muslims to Seek Martyrdom and Victory on the Battlefield in Occupied Palestine and Occupied Kashmir

On 12 September 2026, the media wing of the armed forces of Pakistan reported that its military leadership “solemnly commemorate the 61st martyrdom anniversary of Major Raja Aziz Bhatti Shaheed, Nishan-e-Haider and pay rich tribute to his exceptional courage, leadership and supreme sacrifice.” (https://www.ispr.gov.pk/press-release-detail?id=7784)

Martyrdom whilst fighting the disbelievers is not for commemoration alone, it is for emulation by those seeking the company of the Messenger of Allah (saw) in Al-Firdaws of Jannah for all eternity. The current military leaderships of Muslims have abandoned fighting the disbelievers (kuffar), whilst they attack Palestine, Kashmir and Iran.

Instead of fighting disbelievers, which unifies Muslims and exposes the hypocrites, they order the armies to fight Muslims under the American banner of counter-terrorism. Indeed, the retreat of the Hindu State and its proxies begins with the announcement of Jihad by the armed forces for the liberation of Occupied Kashmir.

It is time for the armies of Muslims to fulfill the Shariah obligation of Jihad.  Allah (swt) said,

﴿إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الَّذِينَ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِهِ صَفًّا كَأَنَّهُم بُنْيَانٌ مَّرْصُوصٌ﴾

“Indeed, Allah loves those who fight in His cause in a row as though they are a [single] structure joined firmly.” [TMQ Surah As-Saff 61:4].

O Ulema of Pakistan! Demand that the armed forces fight the disbelievers (kuffar), and break any swords that point at the believers. It has been mentioned in the Hanifi book of jurisprudence, Bada’i’ as-Sana’i’ fi Tartib al-Shara’I’ (بدائع الصنائع في ترتيب الشرائع Creative Artistry in the Arrangement of Legalities), أما الجهاد في اللغة فعبارة عن بَذل الجهد وفي عرف الشرع يستعمل في بَذل الوُسع والطاقة بالقتال في سبيل الله عز وجل بالنفس والمال واللسان أو غير ذلك “As for jihad, it linguistically means the exertion of efforts. In the Shariah definition, the word is used for exertion of capacity and energy for fighting in the Path of Allah (swt) with body, wealth, speech and other than that.”
