Has Iran Just Offered Nuclear Pakistan the Keys to a New Global Era?
News:
On 11th March, Iranian President Mesoud Pezeshkian stated, “Talking to leaders of Russia and Pakistan, I reaffirmed Iran’s commitment to peace in the region. The only way to end this war—ignited by the Zionist regime & US—is recognizing Iran’s legitimate rights, payment of reparations, and firm int’l guarantees against future aggression.”
Comment:
The global order after World War Two, was fashioned by the US. It was designed to establish its architect as the final global hegemon and effectively “end history.” The US championed globalisation, so that nations would relinquish self-sufficiency in the vital commodities of food and energy, and instead import them via the global supply chains. The US politicised and militarised global supply chains to maintain its order through applying sanctions and restricting access to international payment gateways, to what Washington assessed as belligerent and non-aligned nations.
As for now, the global supply chain has a number of critical choke points which by their nature affect all the economies of the world. The Strait of Hormuz is one such choke point as 20% of global oil, 35% of global urea, which is vital for food production, and significant amounts of global LNG shipments pass through it. The Iranian state’s ability to successfully control the Strait of Hormuz has exposed the diminished effectiveness of the US military to maintain its global order.
At this point in time, the Iranian state requires a security guarantee from a strong state to be able to permanently control the Strait of Hormuz. Such a security guarantee can only be provided by a state that can deliver a nuclear deterrent. Pakistan, being a globally recognised nuclear power with a confirmed ability to deliver an effective deterrent within the region, is a candidate. However, it would be a criminal lack of vision to limit such a coordination between Muslims to securing negotiations with the US, which have always led to losses for Muslims.
If Pakistan were to agree to provide Iran with an immediate security guarantee, it would rapidly accelerate the increase in global prices of oil, gas and urea. The effect upon the all economies of the world would be devastating. This effect could leverage the withdrawal of the US from the region, were it deployed as one measure amongst others. Global pressure and domestic pressure upon the US regime could force it to unconditionally agree to terms stipulated by a large unified Muslim force that has severed all alliances with belligerent states. As a priority, such a Muslim force must target the removal of all US assets from the region, its bases, embassies and all corporate partners. The immediate evacuation of the Blessed Land of Palestine by the Zionists that invaded from 1948 are a few of the scenarios that could be forcibly applied through coordination between the Muslims of Pakistan and Iran.
The Muslim force would practically display to the world an end to the US hegemony in a critical theatre, positioning the Islamic Ummah as an effective regional actor with the ability to influence all international theatres. By reality and by Shariah, that can only be done through a Khilafah Rashidah (ra) that unifies the Muslims of Iran and Pakistan under one Imam, ruling by Islam. A new era awaits, O Muslims of Pakistan and Iran, and their armed forces! Allah (swt) said,
“Those who take disbelievers for allies instead of believers, do they seek power with them? Verily, then to Allah belongs all power.” [TMQ Surah An-Nisa'a 4:139].
