شوال 1447ھ کے نئے چاند کی تحقیقات کے نتائج کا اعلان اور عید الفطر کی مبارکباد

الله أكبر الله أكبر الله أكبر لا إله إلا الله... الله أكبر الله أكبر ولله الحمد

 

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم، اور درود و سلام ہو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پر، آپ کی آل پر، آپ کے اصحاب پر اور ان پر جنہوں نے آپ کی پیروی کی۔
مسلم نے اپنی صحیح میں محمد بن زیاد سے روایت کی ہے کہ انہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو کہتے سنا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا:

 

«صُومُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ، وَأَفْطِرُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ، فَإِنْ غُبِيَ عَلَيْكُمْ فَعُدُّوا ثَلَاثِينَ»

 

"اس کو دیکھ کر روزہ رکھو اور دیکھ کر افطار کرو، اور اگر بادل ہو تو تیس پورے کرو۔"

 

 

اس بابرکت رات یعنی جمعرات کی رات میں شوال کے نئے چاند کی چھان بین کے بعد بعض مسلم ممالک میں نئے چاند کے نظر آنے کی تصدیق شرعی طور پر کی گئی ہے۔ اسی مناسبت سے کل جمعرات کو ماہ شوال کا پہلا دن اور عید الفطر کا پہلا دن ہوگا۔

 

اس موقع پر میں حزب التحریر کے مرکزی میڈیا آفس کے سربراہ اور اس کے کارکنوں کی طرف سے حزب التحریر کے امیر، ممتاز عالم دین عطا بن خلیل ابو الرشتہ کو مبارکباد پیش کرتا ہوں، اللہ تعالیٰ سے دعا ہے کہ وہ ان کو فتح عطا فرمائے اور اسلام اور مسلمانوں کو اس کے خلیفہ کے طور پر اس کے ہاتھ سے اس کی کامیابی عطا فرمائے۔

حزب التحریر، دنیا بھر میں اپنے امیر اور اراکین کے ساتھ، اللہ عزوجل سے دعا گو ہے کہ یہ عید الفطر امت اسلامیہ کے لیے خوشخبری ہو، اور اس کی واپسی امت پر ہو جب کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے اسے جانشینی، طاقت اور سلامتی عطا کی ہے۔

 

اس سال عید الفطر اس وقت آتی ہے جب کہ مسلمانوں کی سرزمین پر رونما ہونے والے تیز رفتار واقعات امت اسلامیہ کے ضمیر میں اسباق اور مظاہر نقش ہوتے ہیں جو اسے ہلا کر رکھ دیتے ہیں اور اسے غلط فہمیوں اور وہموں سے نجات دلاتے ہیں۔ امت اسلامیہ پر فیصلہ کن شواہد کے ساتھ واضح ہو چکا ہے کہ کفار استعماری مغرب سے مدد لینا، اس کی خوشنودی حاصل کرنے کے لیے یا اس کے نقصان سے بچنے کے بہانے اس کے مفادات کی خدمت کرنا سوائے خسارے کی تجارت کے اور کچھ نہیں جس کے کرنے والے کو دنیا اور آخرت میں رسوائی کے سوا کچھ حاصل نہیں ہوتا۔

یہ ہیں مسلم سرزمین کے حکمران جنہوں نے امریکہ سے تحفظ خریدنے کے بہانے ٹرمپ کو اسلامی امہ کی دولت سے اربوں اور پھر کھربوں ڈالر دیے، صرف امریکہ کو اپنی سرزمین میں جنگ بھڑکانے کے لیے۔ بلکہ ٹرمپ انہیں اپنے مفادات کے حصول کے لیے اس کے ساتھ جنگ ​​لڑنے پر مجبور کرتا ہے۔

 

اسی طرح ایران جو کئی دہائیوں تک امریکہ کے مدار میں گھومتا رہا اور افغانستان اور عراق پر قبضے میں اس کے ساتھ ہم آہنگ رہا، یہاں تک کہ ایران کے ایک سابق صدور نے اعلان کیا کہ اگر ایران نہ ہوتا تو امریکہ ان دونوں ممالک پر قبضہ کرنے میں ناکام ہو جاتا… اس کے باوجود امریکہ نے ایران پر کوئی احسان نہیں کیا۔ بلکہ اس نے اس کے خلاف اعلان جنگ کیا ہے، یہاں تک کہ اپنے ہی سپریم لیڈر کو قتل کر دیا ہے اور اس کی حکومت کا تختہ الٹنے کی کوشش کر رہا ہے۔

مسلمانوں کی سرزمین پر جو کچھ ہو رہا ہے وہ ہمیں دو باتوں پر توقف دیتا ہے:

 

پہلی بات یہ ہے کہ کفار استعمار مغرب کے سامنے سر تسلیم خم کرنے، اس کے نقصان سے بچنے یا اس کی خوشنودی حاصل کرنے کے لیے تمام مطالبات سیاسی خودکشی کے سوا کچھ نہیں جو صرف تباہی و بربادی کا باعث بنتے ہیں جیسا کہ واقعات نے ثابت کیا ہے۔ مزید یہ کہ یہ حرام ہے، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے اس طریقے کے خلاف ہے اور جس پر خلفائے راشدین نے عمل کیا ہے، اور یہ دنیا اور آخرت میں اللہ تعالیٰ کی ناراضگی کا باعث ہے۔ اللہ تعالیٰ نے فرمایا:

 

﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لا تَتَّخِذُوا عَدُوِّي وَعَدُوَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَاء تُلْقُونَ إِلَيْهِم بِالْمَوَدَّةِ وَقَدْ كَفَرُوا بِمَا جَاءَكُم مِّنَ الْحَقِّ﴾

 

"اے اہل ِایمان ! تم میرے دشمنوں اور اپنے دشمنوں کو اپنا دوست نہ بنائو تم ان کی طرف دوستی اور محبت کے پیغامات بھیجتے ہو حالانکہ انہوں نے انکار کیا ہے اس حق کا جو تمہارے پاس آیا ہے" [الممتحنہ: 1]

 

 

دوسرا معاملہ یہ ہے کہ مسلمان کفار استعمار مغرب اور اس کے کارندوں کے فریب میں نہ آئیں کہ مسلمانوں کی قوم اس سے اپنا اقتدار بحال کرنے کی صلاحیت نہیں رکھتی۔ مغرب کے پاس جو صلاحیتیں ہیں وہ اس سے زیادہ نہیں جو آنکھ دیکھتی ہے۔ یہ ہے امریکہ، جس کی فوج کو دنیا کی سب سے مضبوط فوجی طاقت کے طور پر دنیا کے سامنے پیش کیا گیا ہے، پھر بھی وہ اس چیز کو حاصل کرنے میں ناکام رہا ہے جس سے اس نے دنیا کو دھوکہ دیا تھا، کہ ایران کے ساتھ اس کی جنگ وینزویلا میں کی جانے والی جنگ کی طرح ہی ایک تیز قدم ہو گی۔ جنگ آگے بڑھی ہے اور پیچیدہ ہو گئی ہے، اور ٹرمپ اور اس کے آقاؤں کے لیے حالات تنگ ہو گئے ہیں، اس لیے انہوں نے ایران کی فوجی صلاحیتوں کو ختم کرنے میں اپنی کامیابیوں کے بارے میں جھوٹ کے بعد جھوٹ بولنا شروع کر دیا جب کہ وہ اپنی مشکلات سے نکلنے کا راستہ تلاش کر رہے تھے۔

لہٰذا اس مبارک موقع پر ہم امت اسلامیہ سے اپیل کرتے ہیں کہ دشمن کے باوجود اپنی عید میں خوشی کے جذبات کو زندہ کریں۔ اسے اس عید الفطر کو فتح اور بااختیار بنانے کی امید پیدا کرنے دیں۔ یاد رہے کہ خلافت وہ سیاسی نظام ہے جس کی طرف رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے رہنمائی فرمائی، اور یہ وہ سیاسی نظام ہے جو صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم نے نافذ کیا، جس نے پوری تاریخ میں امت اسلامیہ کی عزت کی ضمانت دی، اور اس کے علاوہ اس کے کوئی اعزاز نہیں تھا۔ امت کو اب اسے بحال کرنے کے کام میں مشغول ہونا چاہیے اور اسے اپنا فیصلہ کن مقصد بنانا چاہیے۔

 

حزب التحریر کے ارکان نے اسلامی ثقافت اور سیاسی بیداری کے ساتھ اس عظیم فریضے کی بحالی کے لیے خود کو تیار کر لیا ہے۔ وہ آپ کے درمیان اور آپ کے ساتھ ہیں، آپ کی طرف ہاتھ بڑھا رہے ہیں، اس امید پر کہ اللہ ہمیں اور آپ کو فتح اور طاقت عطا فرمائے گا۔ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ہمیں اس کی بشارت دی کہ اس ظالمانہ حکومت کے بعد کیا آئے گا اس حدیث میں جو حذیفہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے، انہوں نے کہا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا:

 

 «ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ، ثُمَّ سَكَتَ»

 

 

’’پھر نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت ہوگی، پھر خاموش رہے‘‘

Announcement of the Results of the Investigation of the New Moon of Shawwal 1447 AH and Congratulations on the Blessed Eid Al-Fitr

 

(Translated)

 

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, La Ilaha Ila Allah, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Wa Lillahi Alhamd

 

Bismillahi Ar-Rahmaan Ar-Raheem, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his family, his companions, and those who followed him.

 

Muslim reported in his Sahih through Muhammad ibn Ziyad who said: I heard Abu Hurairah (ra) say: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: «صُومُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ، وَأَفْطِرُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ، فَإِنْ غُبِيَ عَلَيْكُمْ فَعُدُّوا ثَلَاثِينَ»“Fast upon seeing it, and break your fast upon seeing it, and if it is obscured from you, then complete thirty.”

 

After investigating the new moon of Shawwal on this blessed night, the night of Thursday, the sighting of the new moon has been confirmed with a valid Sharia sighting in some of the Muslim lands. Accordingly, tomorrow Thursday will be the first day of the month of Shawwal and the first day of the blessed Eid al-Fitr.

 

On this occasion, I convey my congratulations and the congratulations of the Head of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir and its workers to the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, the eminent scholar Ata Bin Khalil Abu al-Rashtah, asking Allah to grant him victory and to enable Islam and the Muslims at his hands, so that the Ummah may give him the bayah as its Khalifah (Caliph) soon, not later.

 

Hizb ut Tahrir, with its Ameer and members around the world, ask Allah (swt) that this Eid al-Fitr be glad tidings for the Islamic Ummah, and that its return upon the Ummah be while Allah has granted it succession, empowerment, and security.

 

This year, Eid al-Fitr comes while the accelerating events in the lands of the Muslims carve into the conscience of the Islamic Ummah lessons and reflections that shake it and rid it of misconceptions and illusions. It has become clear to the Islamic Ummah, with decisive evidence, that seeking the help of the kuffar (disbelieving) colonialist West, or serving its interests to gain its pleasure or even under the pretext of avoiding its harm, is nothing but a losing trade whose doer attains nothing but disgrace in this world and the Hereafter.

 

Here are the rulers of the Muslim lands who have given Trump billions and then trillions of dollars from the wealth of the Islamic Ummah under the pretext of buying protection from America, only for America to ignite war in their lands. Rather, Trump compels them to fight the war with him to achieve his interests.

Likewise Iran, which remained revolving in the orbit of America for decades and coordinated with it in its occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq, until one of the former presidents of Iran declared that were it not for Iran, America would have failed in occupying the two countries… Yet America does not acknowledge any favor to Iran; rather it has declared war against it, even assassinated its own supreme leader and is attempting to overthrow its regime.

 

What is taking place in the lands of the Muslims makes us pause at two matters:

 

The first matter is that all calls for submission to the kuffar colonialist West, to avoid its harm or gain its pleasure, are nothing but political suicide that leads only to ruin and destruction as events have proven. Moreover, it is forbidden, contradicting the method of the Messenger of Allah (saw) and that upon which the Khulafaa’ Rashideen (rightly guided Caliphs) proceeded, and it brings about the anger of Allah (swt) in this world and the Hereafter. Allah Almighty said:

 

﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا عَدُوِّي وَعَدُوَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَاء تُلْقُونَ إِلَيْهِم بِالْمَوَدَّةِ وَقَدْ كَفَرُوا بِمَا جَاءَكُم مِّنَ الْحَقِّ﴾

 

“O you who have believed, do not take My enemies and your enemies as allies, extending to them affection while they have disbelieved in what came to you of the truth.” [Al-Mumtahanah:1].

 

The second matter is that Muslims should not be deceived by the calls of the kuffar colonialist West and its agents that the peoples of the Muslims are not capable of restoring their authority from it. What the West possesses of capabilities does not exceed what the eye sees. Here is America, whose army has been promoted to the world as the strongest military power in the world, yet it has failed to achieve what it deluded the world with, that its war with Iran would be a quick outing similar to what it did in Venezuela. The war has dragged on and has become complicated, and the situation has become tight for Trump and his masters, so they began throwing lie after lie about their achievements in eliminating Iran’s military capabilities while they search for a way out of their predicament.

 

Therefore, on this blessed occasion, we call upon the Islamic Ummah to revive the feelings of joy in its Eid despite its enemy. Let it make this Eid al-Fitr a situation for optimism in victory and empowerment. Let it remember that the Khilafah is the political system to which the Messenger of Allah (saw) guided, and it is the political system implemented by the Sahabah (Companions) (may Allah be pleased with them), which guaranteed the Islamic Ummah honor throughout its history, and it had no honor except under it. The Ummah must engage in the work to restore it now and make that its decisive cause.

 

The members of Hizb ut Tahrir have prepared themselves to restore this great obligation with Islamic culture and political awareness. They are among you and with you, extending their hands to you, hoping that Allah will grant us and you victory and empowerment. The Messenger of Allah (saw) gave us glad tidings of it regarding what will come after this oppressive rule in the hadith narrated by Hudhayfah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: «ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ، ثُمَّ سَكَتَ»“Then there will be Khilafah upon the method of Prophethood, then he remained silent.”
