The First Vice President of Afghanistan has recently declared that Hizb ut Tahrir is not registered with the Ministry of Justice, so this party does not have the right to gather and calls for their end. He also stated that Hizb ut Tahrir is not recognized by the Afghan government; therefore, any activity and measure taken by this group is considered illegal, and the government will discuss over a new policy on how to deal with the activists of Hizb ut Tahrir.
