Hizb ut Tahrir / Kenya Successfully Concluded its Campaign under the theme – Every One of Us is a Shepherd

With the grace of Allah (swt), Hizb ut Tahrir / Kenya concluded its campaign which kicked off on 25th August 2020 and ended 31st December 2020; the campaign addressed the root cause of rampant sexual acts as well as teenage pregnancies among the school children in Kenya during the closure of schools due to Covid-19 pandemic.

Secular Leadership Disparage Our Madrasas at this Lowest Level!

As we thank the Almighty Allah (swt) for significant decline of Covid -19 infection in the country, we are however distressed at Government’s decision of allowing bars and restaurants selling alcohol while brushing off the re-opening of Madrasas. Consequently, the issue of re-opening Madrasas has also not been included in the ongoing debate between parents, the Ministry of Education and the Health Ministry on re-opening schools.

Under the Banner of Combating Covid-19 a New Innovation is made to our Deen

The Government through the Inter-Faith Council has re-opened the mosques with stringent guidelines. The fifteen-member group was tasked working alongside the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Health and Council of Governors to formulate conditions for reopening places of worship. Among the guidelines to be followed places of worship include the 1.5-metre social distance between congregants
