In a speech before the Turkish people in the city of Tekirdag on Sunday, December 8, Prime Minister Erdogan said that he presented an answer to the following several questions put forth regarding his opinion concerning secularism that were put forth to him in his official visits to foreign states. "In accordance with the concept of secularism in our party, the state is secular, but the people are not secular, and the state is distant from all the inhabitants, so it protects their beliefs, and every group lives by its faith as it believes, this is secularism. And as a Muslim I am the ruler of a secular state. And I currently manage all the citizens according to this definition."
Discussion of secularism still continue in Turkey since the fall of the Khilafah "Caliphate", just as the enemies of Islam the rulers of this state of Kufr, that was established after the fall of the Khilafah "Caliphate" state. In addition to establishing the state on a secular basis, also crushed, denied and strangled the Muslim people into being subjected to the western system of life. The task of disrupting the minds of the people who resist the atrocities and the compromising of their faith was left to the administration of the Justice and Development Party. They embrace several personalities to be able to present themselves to the Kaffir West personalities that they carry Islamic and democratic identities in one package. So how does the Prime Minister Erdogan present his answer with his position as a Muslim when asked his opinion of secularism? Shouldn't he say that "secularism is the idea of separation of religion from life and state and society, and it can never be compatible with Islam. And I as a Muslim do not accept secularism and do not rule in a secular system."? But what did Prime Minister Erdogan mean when he said "the state is secular but the people are not secular"?
Is Prime Minister Erdogan oblivious of Islam, or is he oblivious of secularism? If a state is based on secularism then laws are passed according to the secular ideology and they are implemented according to the same ideology. So how does a Prime Minister innocently describe himself as a ruler of a secular state! And how does he dare say that he is the ruler of a secular state although he is Muslim, despite that Allah Almighty (swt) warned the Muslim rulers from ruling with other than the Islamic laws that Allah revealed?
"And judge between them according to what God revealed, and do not follow their desires. And beware of them, lest they lure you away from some of what God has revealed to you." [al-Ma'ida: 50]
Oh Muslims! Allah Almighty (swt) clearly indicated to the Muslims that the only system of life that must be implemented is the system of Islam, and the rulers were called upon to beware the distortion of the laws of Islam. This matter was not given to the Messenger (saw) alone, to the contrary it includes all the rulers.
Therefore it is obligatory for you to warn your rulers in the case that they do not abide by the Islamic principles. Stand up to warn your rulers, who quibble with empty promises in the name of democratic gains for the sake of reaching authority, of Allah's (swt) severe punishment. And do not forget that if you follow those rulers on a path other than the path of truth and you support them as loss will follow in this life and the Hereafter.
