This week British Prime Minister Theresa May finally presented her draft plans for the UK’s exit from the European Union after lengthy negotiations with the EU. These were agreed to by her cabinet on Wednesday night but led the next day to multiple ministerial resignations, while other cabinet ministers are pressing May into renegotiation with the EU. The draft deal seems to please no one.

The Turkish Statistical Office announced on 15/11/2018, "The unemployment rate rose to 13.2% between July and September this year," while unofficial records say it exceeds 18%. The unemployment rate in agriculture has increased to 20%. The percentage of unemployed among university graduates is 12.2%.
Russian Foreign Ministry Officials state that the Moscow Peace Talks will be held in the beginning of November, involving all sides of the conflict and other regional and international players. Previously, Russia had invited all regional and other countries to participate in such peace talks on September 4th 2018.
