19 people were convicted of terrorist and extremist crimes in Kazakhstan in June–August 2026, reports the press service of the National Security Committee. “In June–August 2026, in criminal cases investigated by the NSC, 19 persons were sentenced to various terms of imprisonment for committing terrorist and extremist crimes,” 

Bangladesh may be joining the defence agreement signed by Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan earlier this month.
