I ask blessings for you in this blessed month [شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أُنزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدًى لِّلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِّنَ الْهُدَىٰ وَالْفُرْقَانِ] “The month of Ramadan in which was revealed the Quran, a guidance for mankind and clear proofs for the guidance and the criterion [between right and wrong]” [Al-Baqarah: 185].

And in was mentioned in respect to the definition of the Adillah Al-Furoo’ (branch evidences): That which is reached by a correct view/examination of them…

It is known that “taxes” are Muharramah (prohibited) in Islam. So how can the State treat the deficit and particularly when there does not exist today “At-Tawzheef – Al-‘Ushoor – Al-Kharaaj”. They do not currently exist.

Assalaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu,The Diyah (blood money) for the unintentional killing (Al-Qatl Al-Khata’) is obligatory and is paid to the family (relatives) of the one killed. It has been reported from the Messenger of Allah (saw) that it is 100 camels for the Bedouins or 1000 Dinar of gold or 12,000 Dirham of silver.
