The Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Afghanistan extends its congratulations and felicitations to all Muslims, especially the strugglers, da‘wah carriers, and mujahideen of Afghanistan, on the fifth anniversary of the defeat and flight of the last American soldier from Afghanistan. It regards this as a great achievement and a blessed, historic day in the record of the mujahid people of Afghanistan and the region.

Islamabad, Pakistan, is hosting the Ninth Session of the Ministerial Conference on Women of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation on 12 and 13 July 2026, with the participation of approximately 190 representatives from 57 countries. The conference, which is being held without any representative from the government of Afghanistan, is examining women’s education, empowerment, and participation.

On the sidelines of the Moscow International Security Forum, an agreement on military and technical cooperation was signed between the Government of Afghanistan and the Russian Federation, in the presence of Afghanistan’s Minister of Defense and the Secretary of Russia’s Security Council.
