At the conclusion of the emergency Arab summit held on Tuesday, 4 March 2025, in Cairo, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi announced the adoption of the Arab Summit’s "Plan for the Reconstruction of the Gaza Strip, which allows the Palestinian people to remain on their land without displacement."
