The New Settlements: Another War Waged by the Jewish Entity Paving the Way for Annexation and Displacement

According to a joint statement issued by the Jewish entity's War Minister, Israel Katz, and the far-right Finance Minister, Bezalel Smotrich, the entity will establish 22 new settlements, including deep within the West Bank and in areas from which it previously withdrew, and some along the border with Jordan. This is part of the new security cabinet's decision that this expansion represents the largest settlement expansion since the signing of the Oslo Accords more than 30 years ago. Smotrich boasted about the new settlements, explaining: "The next step is sovereignty. We did not take foreign land, but the inheritance of our ancestors." Katz said on Friday about the entity, the day after announcing the establishment of 22 new settlements in the occupied territories, "This is a clear message to French President Emmanuel Macron and his friends: They will recognize a Palestinian state on paper, and we will build the Jewish state of ‘Israel’ here on the ground.”

The Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, through its official spokesperson, Ambassador Dr. Sufyan Qudah, strongly condemned this decision, which violates UN Security Council resolutions, particularly Resolution 2334, which condemns all Jewish measures aimed at changing the demographic composition, character and status of the Palestinian territories occupied since 1967, and is illegal under international law. The Palestinian Authority presidency condemned the expansion of settlements in the West Bank, warning of its repercussions and accusing the Jewish entity of trying to drag the region into violence. Egypt and Britain also condemned the decision to build new settlements.

In a phone call with EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi warned of the consequences of the Jews’ illegal measures that are pushing the West Bank toward explosion and undermining all chances of achieving the two-state solution, which is the only alternative to achieving a just peace that guarantees security for all. Safadi also stressed that the brutality of the Jews’ aggression on Gaza and the systematic policy of starvation have crossed all limits.

In light of these events, the statements of Jewish leaders, and the reactions of Arab regimes, we state the following:

-There is no room for doubt regarding the intentions of the Jewish entity and its leaders, as well as its actions in reality, of expansion and annexation of West Bank lands and the establishment of a Jewish state in what they call Judea and Samaria.

-The Jews continue to assert that they do not want a two-state solution, while in reality they have left no place for the establishment of this monstrous statelet. This is nothing but a political deception in which the international system conspires with Arab rulers.

-The two-state solution is a treacherous distraction in the hands of Arab regimes and the Palestinian Authority, aimed at normalizing with and empowering the Jewish entity and ensuring the survival of their rulers. It is truly an entity on paper with no reality on the ground.

-The massive expansion of settlements not only undermines the so-called two-state solution, but also advances a future plan for annexation and displacement, implemented by the Jewish machine of destruction and violence in the West Bank for more than two years.

- America is the one behind the arrogance and haughtiness of the Jewish entity and provides it with the means to be empowered and survive. It also supports the subservience of existing regimes in Islamic countries to it, as occurred during Trump's visit.

-The Jordanian regime's repeated condemnation, over many years, of the Jewish entity's attacks, whether violations of Al-Aqsa Mosque or aggression against the West Bank and settlement construction, and its complaints to the international community and the implementation of international law, which the Foreign Minister said had been buried long ago, confirms the regime's futility and complicity with the Jewish entity, undermining the interests of Jordan and its people in exchange for its continued survival.

-Seriousness and sincerity in the face of the threats posed by the usurping Jewish entity and the dangerous nature of its positions require the regime to take serious, sovereign, and manly steps in response to the commands of Allah (swt). It must sever its ties with the Jewish entity and adopt a state of hostility and war against it, which is the language it uses to address us. It must also refrain from humiliating submissiveness by addressing the international system, which neither hears nor sees the brutality of this entity.

-America, the West, and the Jewish entity are not invincible and unconquerable. We have witnessed its defeats and the flight of its forces from the Muslim lands it invaded. The Jewish entity itself knows that the Islamic Ummah, with Allah's help, His (swt) empowerment and the establishment of its state, is capable of undermining its foundations and uprooting it, despite the complicity of the rulers of the existing regimes.

O Muslims: The persistence of your enemies—the Jewish entity, America, and the West—in their aggression and conspiracy against you with their colonial projects, their consecration of the occupation of your lands, their plundering of your wealth, and the killing and displacement of your people in Gaza, the West Bank, and elsewhere, along with the Jewish entity's aspirations to control all of Palestine, will make the price much high the longer you delay establishing the Khilafah (Caliphate) state, which will unite you and mobilize your armies to liberate Palestine and protect your lands from the greedy ambitions of the kaffir colonial West.
