The Islamic party Hizb ut-Tahrir East Africa sent its special delegation of two members namely Shabani Mwalimu (Media Representative) and Abdulrahim Abi Elmi (member of the Central Communication Committee). The delegation arrived at the Pakistan Embassy at 10:15 am on Monday, 8th August 2011.
