Third Week Activities of Hizb ut Tahrir Tanzania Marking the Centenary for the Destruction of the Khilafah

With the guidance of the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, Eminent Scholar Ata Bin Khalil Abu al-Rashtah, may Allah protect him and take care of him and send victory at his hands, following ongoing campaign of the painful centenary of the demolition of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on 28 Rajab 1342 AH, Hizb ut Tahrir / Tanzania in the third week of Rajab conducted various activities and events focusing of the theme and thoughts of third week as follows:

1-PUBLIC TALKS

  1. Masjid Rahma, Buguruni Dar es Salaam on 14 Rajab 1442 AH / 26 February 2021 CE
  2. Masjid Ridhwan, Pampu, Magogoni, Zanzibar on 8 Rajab 1442 AH/20 February 2021 CE
  3. Masjid Twariqah, Mdogo, Bububu, Zanzibar on 9 Rajab 1442 AH / 21 February 2021 CE
  4. Masjid Muzdalifah, Horohoro Tanga on 9 Rajab 1442 AH / 21 February 2021 CE
  5. At Muswala, Chang’ombe, Dar es Salaam on 19 Rajab 1442 AH / 3 March 2020 CE

2-FRIDAY KHUTBAS - 21 RAJAB 1442 AH / 05 March 2021 CE

3-MULTIMEDIA ACTIVITIES:

  1. a.Video clip: A video clip was recorded and posted in Ht Tanzania Facebook account explaining on how Khilafah will solve human problems (posted on 20 Rajab)
  2. b.Weekly live Facebook programme: On 19 Rajab 1442 AH – 3 March 2021 CE, a panel of 2 Shabs had Facebook live programme in which they conveyed the theme of campaign as well as receiving comments and questions from the audience.
  3. c.Island TV: Two of Shabs of Hizb ut Tahrir in Kenya appeared weekly in this private TV program in Zanzibar aired campaign thoughts.
  4. d.Radio: Two Shabs had an opportunity at Chuchu Fm, Zanzibar in which partially aired thoughts of the second week. (21 Rajab 1442 AH - 4 March 2021 CE)

4-VISITS

Three visits were made all in Dar es Salaam

In Dar es Salaam on 20 Rajab 1442 AH – 4 March 2021 CE, the Head of Central Contact Committee of Hizb ut Tahrir / Tanzania Sheikh Mussa Kileo visited an Imam of Lindi Street Mosque, one of the prominent mosque in Dar es Salaam city centre.

Also on 19 and 20 Rajab 1442 AH, Members of Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Kenya visited some journalists working with Islamic newspapers, TV and radio.

5-PICKETINGS

Several picketing events took places in various places and regions as follow:

  3. Outside Masjid Mweupe, Toangoma, Dar es salaam (21 Rajab after Friday Salah)
  4. Outside Masjid Muzdalifah, Horohoro, Tanga (21 Rajab after Friday Salah)
  5. Outside Masjid Sheikh Kilemile, Tandika, Dar es Salaam (21 Rajab after Friday Salah)

Outside Masjid Jumuah, Mwanza (21 Rajab after Friday Salah)

  1. Outside Masjid Jumuah, Mahonda, Zanzibar (21 Rajab after Friday Salah)
  2. Outside Laurreate International school (17 Rajab 1442 H)

6-STICKERS DISTRIBUTION

Cards distribution pasting stickers in various public places took places at Mbagala, Dar es Salaam (20 Rajab)
