The Administrative Court in Tunisia ruled on Friday, at 6:30 pm, that attempts by the Ministry of Interior to prevent Hizb ut Tahrir from holding their annual conference of the Khilafah "Caliphate" must stop. This judicial ruling while it stops the unjust measures against Hizb ut Tahrir, it proves the following:
