On Monday evening, 13/12/2021, President Kais Saied announced a number of decisions that can be summarized as follows:- Changing the man-made constitution, and replacing it with another man-made constitution, with the aim to change the system of government from a presidential parliamentary to a presidential one.

After the outrageous lie, which was committed by Tunisian Al-Shorouk Newspaper and Mosaique FM Radio against Hizb ut Tahrir after the stance held by the Shabab in Tunis on 15 October 2021, a Tunisian journalist published in Al-Arab Newspaper on Sunday, 31 October, 2021, an article entitled "A sudden return of Hizb ut Tahrir to target of Kais Saied", 

On Friday, 15/10/2021, Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Tunisia organized a picket in front of Al-Fatih Mosque in the capital. This picket was a call to the people of Tunisia to stop the secular tampering with the fate of Tunisia, in order to end the struggle of the secularists by proxy on behalf of their European masters in our land and in our country.

The coup authority in Tunisia is unable to stop foreign ambassadors and Western diplomatic missions from violating the state's sovereignty and usurping its political decision, and it dares to arrest political activists!
