Media outlets inside and outside Yemen circulated, on Tuesday, 18/11/2025, the news of the arrival of the British Minister of State for Middle East and North Africa Affairs, Hamish Falconer, to Aden; where he met with Rashad Al-Alimi, Chairman of the eight-member Presidential Council, and the British minister also met the Prime Minister Salem bin Buraik and the Foreign Minister Dr. Shaya Zindani, and a number of ministers, and Falconer was accompanied by the British Ambassador to Aden, Abda Sharif.

The visiting British minister announced support for the Coast Guard in the amount of 149 million pounds sterling, in addition to another 4 million that London pledged to provide at the Yemen Maritime Security Conference held on 16/09/2025 in Riyadh, under the pretext of protecting navigation in the Red Sea and Bab al-Mandab; as Falconer considered that his visit came within the framework of enhancing maritime security, and he said that “UK support has contributed to confronting arms smuggling and protecting navigation routes.”

His visit came after all the actions that Abu Dhabi has undertaken in service of London; from presence in the areas and islands belonging to Yemen in the Red Sea, in both Mayun and Zuqar, and Mayun in the Arabian Sea, along with its presence in Bosaso in Somalia, in addition to Tareq Afash’s control over the coastal city of Mocha adjacent to the Red Sea.

Is it conceivable, O you who celebrate on the 30th of this month the 58th anniversary of the departure of the last British soldier from Aden, that you receive at the same time British officials, and after this a British minister whose country came to occupy Aden speaks about partnership between Britain and Yemen, and about providing assistance in confronting the suffering of the people of Yemen?! Indeed, Britain, which removed its soldiers from Yemen, returned through these vile rulers who continued to care for its interests, and these repeated visits between the rulers of Yemen and London prove to the people of Yemen that these are employees of the disbelieving West, so it is fitting that we sweep them out of our land, them and those behind them.

On the other side, there is another face of a colonial state whose interests collide with Britain’s interests in the region, namely America, which stands behind the statements of Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki on 16/11/2025, that the foreign military bases in the Yemeni islands are a direct threat to the security of the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden, and a pretext for instability… and that the security of the Red Sea is the responsibility of the countries of the region, and he called for collective cooperation among the littoral regimes and for none of them to act alone. Followed by the Houthi dissatisfaction with the Yemen Maritime Security Conference, and the presence of Abu Dhabi on the Yemeni islands, and its threat to the Port of Hodeidah, and all the British moves that they see as directed at them and targeting them.

Once again, the international British-American struggle to control Yemen and the Red Sea appears clearly to the eye, using all their local and regional agents, under the submission of the ruling regimes in Sana’a and Aden despite their ability to push back the competing colonizers. Hizb ut Tahrir, the pioneering party that does not lie to its people, calls the people of Yemen and all Muslims to work with it to establish the second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) State on the method of Prophethood, to unite the Muslims, implement Islam, and cut off the hand of the kuffar (disbelievers).
