Trump took over the keys to the White House burdened by a mountain of debt; debt so massive that no administration could repay even a portion of it, let alone the interest (riba) accumulating over it. The debt has climbed to heights rivaling the Himalayas and Everest, and no practical plan exists to address it. Trump tried to halt the economic deterioration, and stave off the impending recession predicted by many observers, resorting to imposing tariffs on countries across the board, both allies and adversaries alike.

When we add to this the technological supremacy of China, at a time when technology and artificial intelligence define global leadership, and its industrial and commercial edge over the U.S., it becomes clear that the Western civilization’s star is dimming. The so-called “free world” and the US-led free market are on the decline. These challenges compelled Trump and the American policymakers to adopt his aggressive tariff strategy.

However, the global aftershocks of this policy were so severe that it backfired on the US economy. It hurt American markets and stock exchanges, drove up prices, and triggered inflation, among other repercussions. So, Trump resorted to the old cowboy tactic of robbing trains, banks, and shops, by heading to the Gulf states to loot their wealth. He carried their gold on his back, and returned to the forty thieves of capitalism waiting for him in Wall Street and the various American casinos of stock exchanges and speculative markets, which they call “corporations,” whose bankruptcy announcements have merely been postponed.

The cowboy Trump, who ignored visiting the Jewish entity and gave it full license to brutalize the people of Gaza, exposed his hypocrisy. His stance casts a long shadow of doubt on his relationship with the Muslim World and its just causes, even while he publicly criticizes the Prime Minister of the Jewish entity Benjamin Netanyahu. Some observers believe Trump is executing a double strategy: exploiting the Gulf States, while maintaining a domestic voter base that is critical of the policies of the Jewish entity.

This strategy paints Trump as a “neutral mediator” who can influence Netanyahu, thus providing Gulf rulers with an excuse to squander the wealth of the Ummah under the guise of cooperation with the “honest broker” Trump. Such theatrical optics open the door to massive trade deals and investments, and allow criticism of Netanyahu to win over a segment of American voters opposed to the policies of the Jewish entity, especially regarding the Palestinian issue. At the same time, it dupes the politically unaware and facilitates deals that liquidate the Palestinian cause, and betray the blood of tens of thousands of martyrs.

This superficial balancing act serves Trump’s political and economic interests. It guarantees a continued flow of Gulf money, while preserving his popularity at home. It allows him to present a “solution” that pulls the Jewish entity out of its Gaza quagmire, essentially managing the occupation of Gaza himself as a “neutral mediator,” potentially reintroducing a “hard style” administrator to the Strip.

Still, doubts remain about the sincerity of this apparent rift between Trump and Netanyahu. The historical ties between the two, and the strategic alliance between America and its forward military base in the heart of the Muslim World, “the Jewish entity,” point to a deep-rooted partnership. This confirms that Trump’s criticisms are merely temporary political maneuvers that will swiftly reverse, once he returns to America loaded with gold on a horse, gifted by the puppet state of Qatar, whose value exceeded $400 million. He will then resume full support for the Jewish entity and Netanyahu, ignoring the agent rulers of the Gulf, and the commanders of the Arab and Muslims, who conspire against the Ummah and Palestine.

The Islamic Ummah renowned for its insight and wisdom must not fall for the deceptions of the wily American coyote, Trump. The Islamic Ummah must prevent further conspiracies from being enacted upon it and recognize that its agent rulers are the ones paving the filthy bridge he crosses to harm the Ummah. The people of nussrah (military support), power and strength in the Ummah must overthrow the agents and appoint a Khilafah Rashidah (rightly-guided Khaleefah) who will recover the plundered wealth from the American cowboy, liberate Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, and seek justice for those who killed our sons, destroyed our homes, and violated our sanctities.

[وَقُلِ اعْمَلُوا فَسَيَرَى اللَّهُ عَمَلَكُمْ وَرَسُولُهُ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَسَتُرَدُّونَ إِلَى عَالِمِ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ فَيُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ]

“Tell them, O Prophet, “Do as you will. Your deeds will be observed by Allah, His Messenger, and the believers. And you will be returned to the Knower of the seen and unseen, then He will inform you of what you used to do.”” [TMQ Surah At-Tawbah 9:105]
