“All Countries of the World Except ‘Israel’?!”

TAMPA, Fla. — On Aug. 13, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) announced efforts to establish the first-ever multi-domain, multinational attack drone task force. The unit, called Task Force Falcon Strike, will employ one-way attack drones consisting of unmanned systems from above, on, and below the sea operated by military support staff from the United States and regional partners. Trump is busy weaving a web of security alliances to tie the Muslims states with the Jewish entity. He has mobilized all of his agents and followers in the Muslim World, so that the weapons and armies of Muslims protect the Jewish entity and disarm any resistance to the occupation of the Blessed Land of Palestine. Trump’s Board of Peace is one strand in this web, as are the Makkah Accord and the new multinational attack drone force. Trump is working relentlessly towards the normalization of the Jewish entity with Muslim states, as well as making the Muslim states responsible for its security, thereby reducing the military and financial burden on the US.

As for the rulers of Pakistan, they have laid the basis for the long established official policy of rejecting normalization with the Jewish entity, as exemplified by the phrase on the passport of Pakistan, “The passport is valid for all countries of the world except Israel.” Like the ruler of Hijaz, Ibn Salman, they are raising their voices for a Palestinian state, as if it were a condition to accepting the Jewish occupation of most of Palestine. Like all the agents of Trump, the rulers of Pakistan are joining the web of security alliances, knowing full well that this web includes the Jewish entity.

O Muslims of Pakistan! Stand firm in your rejection of normalization with the Jewish entity. Stand firm in your demand for the mobilization of your armed forces in support of Gaza and Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa. O Soldiers of Pakistan Armed Forces! Are you not able to follow the soldiers of Islam who preceded you and liberate Palestine and the Gaza of Hashem by crushing the Jewish entity and eliminating it from existence? You are capable with missiles that can strike the Jewish entity and thousands of troops stationed in Hijaz, but you need a sincere and loyal commander. Is there not among you such a commander to lead you in fighting your enemy who has been humiliated and humbled, and who will not be victorious in a fight with you? Allah (swt) said,

[وَإِنْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ يُوَلُّوكُمُ الْأَدْبَارَ ثُمَّ لَا يُنْصَرُونَ]

“And if they fight you, they will turn their backs to you; then they will not be aided.” [TMQ Surah Aali Imran: 111]. And if the rulers prevent you from fighting your enemy, then seize them by all means and support Allah (swt), and He will support you. Then the people of Gaza, and indeed all of Palestine, will return to their homes victorious, glorifying Allah (swt), and conquering their enemy, destroying its entity. This is instead of their enemy returning to dominate the Blessed Land of Palestine, through the web of alliances of Trump and the lowly rulers of Muslims.

The Combined Strength of the Muslim States Under a Single Imam, Ruling by Islam, Can Easily Force the Expulsion of the US Military From Striking Distance

Despite the large number of martyrs and those injured, the Muslims of Iran have hurt the enemy and inflicted on them death and injury and still continue to do so. They have been, and still are, fulfilling their Shariah obligation to fight the hostile disbelievers. Even though the pain of the Muslims is severe it is also the same for the enemy. However, in the end they will be the successful ones, for the Muslim hopes from Allah that which the Kuffar aggressors do not hope. The Muslims of Iran who remain committed to the path of independence from the disbelievers are tasting the sweet truth of the Words of Allah (swt), Who said,

[إِن تَكُونُوا تَأْلَمُونَ فَإِنَّهُمْ يَأْلَمُونَ كَمَا تَأْلَمُونَ ۖ وَتَرْجُونَ مِنَ اللَّهِ مَا لَا يَرْجُونَ]

“If you are suffering pain, then they too are suffering just as you are; yet you hope for from Allah what they do not hope for.” [TMQ Surah An-Nisaa: 104]. They are tasting the sweet truth of the Words of Allah, just as the Muslims of Afghanistan, Iraq and Somalia did before them, when they confronted the disbelievers with the heaviest weapon on any battlefield, Iman in Allah (swt).

Indeed, the United States is weak. It fights its wars against Muslims from far away, with long and exposed Sea Lines of Communication (SLOCs). Its fighting depends on troops that fear death intensely, to the point that they are afflicted by mental diseases and many commit suicide. Its troops fight for land, race and flags, whilst Muslims fight for the pleasure of their Lord ﷻ, seeking victory and martyrdom. Its fighting depends on an economy that is crippled by the evil of riba and the boundless greed of its wealthy. Its fighting depends on a political will which is harmed by a fierce competition between the two main pillars of its deep state, the Democrats and the Republicans. It depends on its agents and followers amongst the Muslim World, whose crooked, straining thrones are shaking heavily under them, whilst their end is coming soon by the Permission of Allah (swt).

The situation is ripe for the Muslims of Iran to lead the Islamic Ummah and its armies in a decisive battle to expel the snake in its abode, the US military. They must insist on the abolition of the barrier between them and a unified mobilization of all the armies of the Ummah, which is the rotten nationalistic-sectarian doctrine. They must demand on the implementation of that which will unify the entire Islamic Ummah under a single leadership, the Shariah Law of Allah (swt). It is only then that all the Ajm (non-Arab) and the Arab and all the followers of Imam Ja'afar, Imam Abu Hanifah and Imam Ash-Shafi’i, will wage a Jihad through which the disbelievers will be defeated, and the Kalimah of Allah (swt) will be raised supreme.

Hizb ut Tahrir has sought nussrah (نصرة military support) from the sincere officers within the armed forces of Iran, and persists in its seeking, so that the complete implementation of the Deen begins immediately. Perhaps, they will now respond…

Establishing an Advanced Machine Industry Within the Muslim World is Essential Now, But Only Possible Under the Khilafah Rashidah, Because of the Slave Mentality of the Current Rulers

ISLAMABAD, Aug 11 (APP): Federal Minister for Defence Production Muhammad Raza Hayat Hiraj on Tuesday called on Prime Minister Shebaz Sharif here and briefed him on matters pertaining to his ministry as well as the progress made on ongoing development projects. (APP, 11 August 2026)

Due to its focus on development and production of ordnance and machinery for the Pakistan Armed Forces, the Ministry of Production oversees critical assets within the manufacturing sector, including Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF), Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) Kamra and Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT), National Radio & Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC), Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works (KS&EW) and Research & Development Establishment (RDE).

However, the rulers of Pakistan have failed to establish a machine industry that ends reliance on foreign states, for critical matters such as military-grade engines and computer chips. The export profile of the defense industry in Pakistan is still dominated by small arms and munitions. After eighty years of existence, Pakistan is still heavily dependent on the import of high end electronic products, heavy machinery, engines and vehicles. Much of the so-called industry in Pakistan is mere assembly of imported parts from foreign states.

This critical failure is not by accident, but due to the colonialist policy towards the Third World, including the Muslim World. Colonialist powers, including the US and China, deal with Muslim states on the basis of the model of the transnational economy, in which the Muslim states provides cheap raw materials and low-value industrial products for the colonialist economies, whilst depending on the colonialist powers for highly engineered products. This model establishes dominance of Chinese and American companies, whilst limiting the ability of the Muslim states to become industrially independent.

As for the rulers of Pakistan, they are servants of Washington and will never work to make Pakistan truly independent. Their mental slavery is to the extent that they even have an aversion to the attempts of a faction in the military leadership of Iran to become independent.

Whilst the rulers of the Muslim lands today are content with dependence upon foreign states in politics, legislation, economics, industrialization, and all other matters, the Islamic Khilafah State, when it is established, will work not merely to end this dependence, but to become the foremost state influencing the world. It will introduce advanced industrialization at the greatest possible speed, and this will be among the state's first priorities. Of course, this does not mean neglecting this industrial policy and postponing it until after the establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate), if it were possible anywhere, say in Iran if it maintains independence.

That said, establishing ruling governance according to all that Allah (swt) has revealed in an industrial country will add strength and vigor and shorten the time required to complete advanced industrialization in the Khilafah State, by the Permission of Allah (swt). So, every sincere son or daughter of this Ummah that is devoted to the Deen, and capable of contributing to the industrialization of this Ummah, so that it may catch up with the states that have surpassed it industrially, must strive for the establishment of the Khilafah. Everyone whom Allah (swt) has granted scientific ability, technological ability, or consultative capacity that can contribute to any field of industry required by the Muslim lands must strive and sacrifice, until Allah (swt) grants nasr (victory) to the Muslims and tamkeen (empowerment) for their Deen.

Depriving the Community of Muslims of Its Oil and Petroleum Resources and Their Price is A Sin

A delegation of Gunvor Group, a Switzerland-based global energy trading company, called on Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Ahad Cheema and discussed opportunities for cooperation in Pakistan’s energy and petroleum sectors...  The Gunvor Group officials welcomed the proposed deregulation initiative, noting that it would promote healthy competition among Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) and contribute to greater efficiency in the sector. Thus, the rulers of Pakistan are increasing privatization of the lucrative oil and petroleum sector in Pakistan. Currently, the rulers of Muslims apply the capitalist treatment on oil, in its extraction, refinery and distribution and sale. Capitalism ensures that the major sources of wealth in the country are owned by the major capitalists, causing a huge concentration of wealth in the hands of the few, and a wide wealth disparity. The rulers privatize the oil sector, allowing private companies to benefit from the price as profits. Consequently, the Oil Market Companies are making huge profits, whilst the people in general, transport, agriculture and industry all suffer, with disruptions in transport, failure of farms and closure of factories.

The Shariah treatment of the oil resources of the Islamic Ummah, whether regarding its extraction, refinery or distribution and sale, is that it is public property, in which all Muslim are partners.

Ibn ‘Abbas narrated that the Prophet (saw) said, «المسلمون شركاء في ثلاث في الماء والكلأ والنار» “Muslims are partners in three things: in water, pastures and fire,” reported by Abu Dawud. Anas narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas adding, «وثمنه حرام» “And its price is Haram (forbidden).” Ibn Majah narrated from Abu Hurairah (ra) that the Prophet (saw) said, «ثلاث لا يمنعن: الماء والكلأ والنار»“Three commodities are not prevented from the people; the water, the pastures and the fire.”

When used for moving machinery, including engines and turbines, oil and petroleum are fire by the meaning of fuel (وقود wuqood), and fire is of the public properties. Thus, the tools for its extraction, refinery and distribution are also public property, following its ruling, as is its price from its sale. Oil and petroleum in their essence, and the price they gain in the market, are all public property of the community of the Muslims. The state treasury (bayt ul maal) has a separate section for the revenues of the public property. It is spent on the needs of the community, whether it is regarding improving the oil and petroleum sector by hiring experts, or by spending on healthcare, education and other obligations upon the state towards the community of Muslims.

O Muslims! Strive for your portion in Dunya and reward of Akhira. Speak out against the sin of the rulers and demand the establishment of the Shariah Law of Allah (swt), in ruling governance.

So, Will the Makkah Accord Now Be Used to Silence the Insolent Jews?

It is not expected that the rulers of Pakistan will ever silence this insolent Jew. Nor will they ever stop the insolent Jews beyond him, who continue to slaughter the Muslims of Palestine and storm Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, as a prelude to its planned destruction. Certainly, these rulers have no shame, honor or dignity when it comes to Muslims, their lands, their sanctities and their affairs. They are as the Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «إنَّ ممَّا أدرك النَّاسُ من كلامِ النُّبوَّةِ الأولَى إذا لم تستحْيِ فاصنَعْ ما شئتَ» “Among the words of the early Prophets (as) that have reached the people is this, ‘If you feel no shame, then do whatever you wish.’”

Whilst these shameless rulers celebrate the Makkah Accord, displaying posters all over Pakistan, they will never use it for the cause of Muslims and Islam. For years they refused the demand of the good people of Pakistan to mobilize their armed forces in support of Gaza. One of their excuses, in their long list of excuses, was that there is no direct land route to reach Gaza.

So, what now when they have sent troops to Hijaz and have signed the Makkah Accord? These troops of Pakistan now have a direct Ground Line of Communication (GLOC) to Gaza. This land route certainly works. When the Jewish entity found that its sea supply lines were threatened by Muslims, the ruler of Hijaz and defender of Jews, Ibn Salman, coordinated with the rulers of the Gulf to secure land supply lines for it. And, what now when Iran is resisting the American crusaders and the Jews? If Pakistan sided with Iran, troops could also be sent by land through the south of Iran to reach Arabian Peninsula.

O Muslims of Pakistan! Enough of these rulers who accept humiliation upon the tongues of the most humiliated of peoples, the Jews. Allah (swt) said,

[ضُرِبَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الذِّلَّةُ أَيْنَ مَا ثُقِفُوا إِلَّا بِحَبْلٍ مِنَ اللهِ وَحَبْلٍ مِنَ النَّاسِ]

“They will be stricken with disgrace humiliation wherever they go, unless they are protected by a covenant with Allah or a treaty with the people” [TMQ Surah Aal-i-Imran: 112].  Demand that your armed forces remove them and mobilize for the immediate liberation of the Blessed Land of Palestine and its Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa. Do they not yearn for the honor of opening the doors of a liberated Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa with their hands?
