Establish Gold and Silver Currency to Break the Hegemony of the US Dollar and the Flaws of All Fiat Currencies

The era of unchallenged dominance of the US dollar in international trade and foreign reserves must end. The US dollar hegemony condemns the entire world to suffer from monetary inflation, as a result of the reckless spending of the Trump administration. Effectively, Trump is charging the world and the world is picking up the bill. The dollar is constantly weakening which means that the dollar reserves held by weaker states are losing their value, adding to their burden, whilst triggering global inflation.

The dollar loses value because it is fiat money that is not backed by a commodity with intrinsic value, like gold or silver. Its value comes from the trust people have in the government and the law that makes it official payment. The capitalist system permits the increase in monetary supply to pay government debt, ahead of the pace of growth in the economy. Effectively each currency unit becomes weaker and less valuable. The masses suffer whilst the credit of government debt the capitalist owners of banks and multinationals benefit.

Increasing dependence on other forms of fiat currency is not a solution either, as neither the Chinese Yen, British Pound, French Franc, Iranian Rial, Iraqi Dinar nor Pakistani rupee, are backed by gold and silver. So the problem of weakening currency and increasing monetary inflation will remain even if a basket of fiat currencies replaces the fiat currency of the U.S. as the global reserve currency.

The practical and Shariah solution is a return to the gold and silver standard. The consent (إقرار iqrar) of the Messenger of Allah (saw) establishes that currency is backed by gold and silver. Any paper money must be fully represented by gold or silver, and must be fully convertible to gold and silver. The Shariah currency imposes discipline on government spending, as well as stability in prices due to the intrinsic, tangible wealth of gold and silver. The Khilafah (Caliphate) State for centuries established gold and silver as the dominant currency for trade, preventing exploitation of poorer states, and allowing all humanity to share in the bounties that the Lord of all humanity has provided. So let the Muslims strive for the establishment of the Second Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) which secures goodness in the Dunya and Aakhira.

Cooperation Between Syria and Pakistan Is Enough to End the Security Threat of the American and Jewish Terrorists

“Foreign Minister of Syria, along with the delegation called on Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir... During the meeting, matters of mutual interest, regional security environment and avenues for enhanced bilateral defence and security cooperation were discussed.” (Inter-Services Public Relations, Pakistan, August 21, 2026)

Whose security is the cooperation really about? In fact, Trump’s “favorite field marshal” meets the regime of the “tough guy” of Trump, Ahmed Al-Shara, to cooperate over the security of the interests of the US, as it works to increase pressure on Iran, and cut Tehran off from its Axis of Resistance in Lebanon, Yemen and Iraq. That is why there was no meeting over security co-operation before now, even whilst the Jewish entity collapsed homes on the women and children of Gaza.

So, what must security cooperation between Muslims be about? The obvious security threat is that of the American and Jewish terrorists. The Jewish entity bombs Syria, whilst expanding its occupation of Gaza. The military bases and warships of the US are striking one Muslim state after another. Certainly, co-operation between the Muslims of Syria and Pakistan is more than enough to end the security threat of the warring disbelievers. Pakistan can extend a nuclear umbrella over Syria, so that its armed forces and mujahideen can strike the Jewish entity hard, whilst Syria can open its airbases to receive the troops of Pakistan as reinforcements. This is the security co-operation that the Ummah yearns for.

Let the Muslims of Syria and Pakistan establish the Khilafah Rashidah, undertaking the good deeds which will earn the empowerment (تمكين tamkeen) of the Deen and security (أمن aman). Allah (swt) said,

  [وَعَدَ اللّٰهُ الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا مِنۡكُمۡ وَ عَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ لَـيَسۡتَخۡلِفَـنَّهُمۡ فِى الۡاَرۡضِ كَمَا اسۡتَخۡلَفَ الَّذِيۡنَ مِنۡ قَبۡلِهِمۡ َلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمۡ دِيۡنَهُمُ الَّذِى ارۡتَضٰى لَهُمۡ وَلَـيُبَدِّلَــنَّهُمۡ مِّنۡۢ بَعۡدِ خَوۡفِهِمۡ اَمۡنًا]

“Allah has promised those of you who believe and do good deeds that He will certainly make them successors in the land, as He did with those before them; and will surely empower for them their Deen which He has chosen for them; and will indeed change their fear into security” [TMQ Surah Al-Nur: 55].

The Noose is Tightening Around Iran and the Only Escape is the Khilafah Rashidah

“For decades, the Iranian regime has used Hizballah to spread terror throughout the Middle East. Today, the U.S. Department of the Treasury is renewing its designation of Hizballah for its actions in support of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps-Qods Force (IRGC-QF).” (US Department of State, August 20, 2026)

The US is tightening the noose around the necks of the Muslims of Iran, using the style of sanctions, economic siege and military deterrence using the armies of Muslims. It has mobilized all its agents and followers within the Muslim World to assist it.  The commander of U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) completed a 10-day trip to the Middle East on August 15, to instruct the armies of the states surrounding Iran. Ibn Salman has established a maritime alliance of navies of Muslims to separate Iran from its proxies in Yemen. The rulers of Lebanon and Syria are working to separate Iran from its Hezb in Lebanon. The rulers of Iraq are using an anti-corruption drive to separate Iran from its proxies in Iraq. The Mecca Joint Defence Agreement, with which Trump declared he is “very happy,” exploits the nuclear capabilities of Pakistan as deterrence against Iran.

As long as the leaderships of the Muslim states adopt nationalism and sectarianism, and act as facilitators, followers and agents for the Americans, the disbelievers will strike the Muslim states one after the other. The Islamic Ummah must demand the severing of alliance with the US so it fights alone with its cowardly military and collapsing economy, if it dares to fight at all. The Khilafah Rashidah alone is the Shariah method for ending alliance with the disbelievers, and ensuring the unification the current Muslim states as a single powerful Islamic state. Allah (swt) said,

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِن دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَتُرِيدُونَ أَن تَجْعَلُوا لِلَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ سُلْطَاناً مُّبِيناً]

“O you who have believed, do not take the disbelievers as allies instead of the believers. Do you wish to provide Allah with a clear argument against you?” [TMQ Surah An-Nisaa’ :144].

An American Unipolar World Is All About Might Is Right and the Law of the Jungle

“The Trump Administration has been clear: the International Criminal Court (ICC) is a corrupt and fatally politicized supranational court that has maliciously abused its authority and exceeded its mandate... The Trump Administration stands ready to take additional measures, if necessary, to systematically dismantle the ICC until it is incapable of threatening American sovereignty.” (Marco Rubio, Secretary of State, August 18, 2026)

Who is the US to speak of sovereignty? For decades, Washington has relentlessly trampled upon the independence, blood and resources of Muslim lands, or assisted the Jews and Hindu mushrikeen in doing so. The painful examples include Afghanistan, Iraq, Palestine, Occupied Kashmir and Iran. It has committed crimes that even the wild beasts in the jungle would shy from, and provides cover for the Jews and Hindus as they do so. Moreover, the US did not limit its crimes to the Islamic Ummah, earning the hatred of many peoples around the world.

Not only has global public opinion turned against the US, major powers and other states are obstructing US expansionism using multilateral institutions, such as the International Criminal Court (ICC). So, the US is now dismantling multilateral institutions that can embarrass its unjust hegemony. Strategically, the US is dismantling the multipolar world to make way for a unipolar world, where the US alone determines the course of history. Thus, the US is dismantling multilateral institutions to make way for a web of regional alliances over which the US alone presides, such as the Board of Peace.

As for the Islamic Ummah, it must reject all forms of authority over the Muslims by the disbelievers. It has suffered under multilateral institutions which were manipulated by the major powers, including the US. It is now suffering under regional alliances that serve the US vision of an American unipolar world. Allah (swt) said,

﴿وَلَن يَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ سَبِيلًا﴾

“Allah does not grant the disbeliever a way for authority over the believers.” [TMQ Surah An-Nisaa 4:141]. Thus, it is not permitted for believers to grant an authority over them to the disbelievers. The sons and daughters must strive to establish the Islamic authority, the Khilafah Rashidah, that will gather the huge resources of the entire Islamic Ummah to lead all of humanity through the justice and guidance of the great Deen of Islam.

The States of Jibayah (جباية Collection) Must be Replaced by a State of Ri'ayah (رعاية Guardianship)

The current states in the Muslim lands generate revenues on the capitalist model of universal regressive taxation. Unlike Shariah economics, capitalism taxes the people regardless of financial capability poverty and debt. Having crushed the poor and indebted with taxes, the currents states then spend most of the revenues on debt servicing, paying riba (interest) upon debts from capitalists International Financial Institutions (IFIs). Due to the curse of riba, every year, debt increases, debt-servicing payments increase and so does the taxation of the poor and indebted. It is thus accurate to call the current states "the states of collection," rather than the Shariah state of guardianship that relieves the burdens of the poor and the indebted.

In the Shariah state the permanent sources of revenue for the Bayt ul-Mal which Allah ﷻ ordained as obligatory do not burden the poor, indebted and financially incapable, and some of the Shariah rulings are as follows:

- It is absolutely not allowed to pay Riba and the treatment of the payment of principle is to seize the misappropriated wealth (مال الغلول maal ul ghulool) from the assets of the corrupt rulers and officials of the Muslims.

-  It is not allowed to levy taxation on income, because the wages for effort are an inviolable private property of the worker, whether they spend intellectual effort, or physical effort or both.

- It is not allowed to charge General Sales Taxation (GST) as this is eating the private property of the buyer, over the market price of the commodity or service.

- The Jizyah is taken only from affording capable non-Muslim men and not from the women, children, disabled or infirm elderly.

- Kharaj is taken from the agricultural land from those who both own land and cultivate it.

- Zakat is taken from the financially capable, whilst it is spent on the indebted, poor and destitute.

- Zakat on trading merchandise is taken from those traders who have large stocks above the nisab (minimum threshold) over which there is a passage of a lunar year (حول hawl), whilst those who have stocks below the nisab, or a lunar year has not passed, do not pay Zakat.

- The profits from public property, such as energy and minerals, are spent on the needs of the community, and it is not allowed to hand over the profits to private companies after privatization.

- Emergency taxation, should the permanent Shariah revenues fall short in fulfilling the Shariah obligations, is taken from the wealth of Muslims which is in excess of the basic needs and luxuries according to their standards of normal living. Taxes are collected from the Muslims who have wealth surplus to the satisfaction of their basic needs and luxuries. Nothing is taken from those who have no surplus wealth. This is due to the saying of the Prophet (saw) who said, «خيرُ الصدقة ما كان عن ظهر غنى» “The best Sadaqah is that given out of richness,” as narrated by Bukhari from Abu Hurairah (ra).

O Muslims! Strive to re-establish the state of guardianship, the Khilafah Rashidah, so that you have success in Dunya and Aakhirah!

Reject Cooperation in Sinful Neglect of Jihad in the Path of Allah ﷻ and in Enmity Against Muslims to Secure American Interests

Federal Minister for National Food Security and Research Rana Tanveer Hussain chaired a high-level meeting with Ambassador of Egypt to Pakistan H.E. Dr. Ihab Mohamed Abdelhamid Hassan to discuss ways to further strengthen bilateral cooperation in agriculture, food security and modern farming technologies. At a time that the Jewish entity is storming Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa and martyring Muslims in Gaza, with the cries of widows and screams of orphans filling the skies, the rulers of Pakistan and Egypt are engaged in in discussion about agriculture, crops, cattle and farming. It was upon the rulers of Pakistan to demand from the Pharoah of Egypt, Trump’s “favorite dictator,” El-Sisi, access to the military bases in Egypt and the opening of the Rafah Border Crossing, whose closure has been instrumental in denying the Muslims drinking water, food, shelter and medicine. The combined forces of Egypt and Pakistan are capable of liberating Palestine from the river to the sea in a matter of hours of a single day, with the nasr (support) of Allah ﷻ and the Dua of the entire Islamic Ummah.

Will these Ruwaibadah lowly rulers not heed the warning of the beloved Muhammad Al-Mustafa (saw)? The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «إِذَا تَبَايَعْتُمْ بِالْعِينَةِ وَأَخَذْتُمْ بِأَذْنَابِ الْبَقَرِ وَرَضِيتُمْ بِالزَّرْعِ، وَتَرَكْتُمُ الْجِهَادَ سَلَّطَ اللهُ عَلَيْكُمْ ذُلًّا لَا يَنْزِعُهُ حَتَّى تَرْجِعُوا إِلَى دِينِكُم» “If you transact in ‘Iynah (a type of Riba), follow the tails of cows (tilling the land), become content with agriculture and abandoned Jihad, Allah will send on you disgrace that He will not remove until, you return to your Deen.” [Abu Daud].

When it comes to waging Jihad in the Path of Allah (swt) against the disbelievers to raise the Word of Allah (swt) as the highest, the rulers have a long list of excuses. However, when it comes to fighting Muslims to secure American interests, they are always ready. Both Pakistan and Egypt have confirmed their participation the multinational naval alliance led by the agent of Trump and khadim (guardian) of American interests in Hijaz and Najd, Ibn Salman.  The primary objective of the maritime coalition is to attempt to sever the link between the Houthis and Iran—a goal that aligns perfectly with U.S. plans to strike Iran’s proxies in Yemen, Lebanon, and Iraq.

However, battles and confrontations in Yemen are expected to be protracted, with Muslims slaughtering Muslims for years.  Here, the army of Saudi must not forget previously engaged in long conflicts in Yemen—spanning from “Operation Decisive Storm” and “Operation Restoring Hope” in 2015 through 2019 and beyond, ultimately lasting a decade of bloodshed. The army of Egypt must not forget the folly of Gamal Abdel Nasser, who sent troops into Yemen in 1960, and fought fruitlessly until 1967. Egypt suffered catastrophic losses, with tens of thousands of soldiers killed, and failed to establish full control, ultimately withdrawing its forces empty-handed. And the army of Pakistan must not forget that the US policy for the armies of the Muslims is to act as a security detail for the American crusaders, the Jewish entity and the Hindu State, whilst heaping sin upon themselves through shedding blood of Muslims. Trump’s policy of “peace through strength” is in reality American hegemony through the strength of the armies of Muslims.

It is upon the sincere officers within the armies of Muslims to halt the treachery of the rulers in its tracks. They must uproot the agents of America in their leadership. They must grant nussrah (نصرة military support) for the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood which will end cooperation in sin and hostility, and establish cooperation in goodness and piety. Allah (swt) said,

﴿وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى وَلا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الإثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ﴾

“And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression.” [TMQ Surah Al-Maidah: 2].

So, who of the armies will be the first respond to the call of Hizb ut Tahrir?

Trump Flagrantly Exposes the Rulers of Muslims Regarding the Mecca Joint Defence Agreement

It shows how the Middle East is coming together, and how Countries will finally be able to defend themselves in a more meaningful way. Previous US presidents tolerated the condemnation of the United States by its agents and followers from amongst the rulers of Muslims, because it allowed the rulers to secure the interests of the US, whilst reducing the negative reaction from the Islamic Ummah. So, previous US presidents tolerated the narratives spun by the rulers, describing America as the great Shaytan or claiming that they are playing a double game with Washington. However, the arrogant Trump loves credit and praise, even at the cost of exposing his agents and followers, and inciting the Muslims against them.

It is obvious that the Mecca Joint Defence Agreement is not in the interest of Islam and the Islamic Ummah, just as it is obvious that Trump is “very happy” that the ruler of Muslims have “finally, signed.”  This agreement is one of the strands of the web of alliances that is being spun by Trump, in order to trap the armies of the Muslims so that they work to secure the military bases of the US, including its forward military base to divide the Muslim Middle East from Muslim Africa, the Jewish entity.

Had the rulers of Muslims been sincere to Islam and the causes of Muslims, why did they stop at cooperation between Muslims states. Why did they not take the step that Shariah obligates, the unification of all the Muslim states as a single Khilafah state? Let all Muslims denounce the Mecca Defense Agreement, which follows in the footsteps of the tyrants of Quraysh who ruled Makkah. The web of alliances of Trump is like the evil alliance of the Al-Ahzab (Confederates) against the Islamic state of the Prophet (saw), which only pleased the Jews, mushrikeen and munafiqeen (hypocrites). Let all Muslims strive to establish the Shariah method to unify all the Muslim states as a single state, the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood.

The Prophet (saw) said, «وَإِنَّهُ لاَ نَبِيٌ بَعْدِي وَسَتَكُونُ خُلَفَاءُ فَتَكْثُرُ» “There is no Prophet after me. There will be Khaleefahs in large numbers.”

His Companions (ra) said, فَمَا تَأْمُرُنَا قَالَ “What do you order us to do?” He said,

«فُوا بِبَيْعَةِ الأَوَّلِ فَالأَوَّلِ» “Give bay’ah to only one, at a time.” [Muslim]. Regarding this Hadith, Imam An-Nawawi said in his Sharh that, وَمَعْنَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ إِذَا بُويِعَ لِخَلِيفَةٍ بَعْدَ خَلِيفَةٍ فَبَيْعَةُ الْأَوَّلِ صَحِيحَةٌ يَجِبُ الْوَفَاءُ بِهَا وَبَيْعَةُ الثَّانِي بَاطِلَةٌ يَحْرُمُ الْوَفَاءُ بِهَا وَيَحْرُمُ عَلَيْهِ طَلَبُهَا وَسَوَاءٌ عَقَدُوا لِلثَّانِي عَالِمِينَ بِعَقْدِ الأول جَاهِلِينَ وَسَوَاءٌ كَانَا فِي بَلَدَيْنِ أَوْ بَلَدٍ أَوْ أَحَدُهُمَا فِي بَلَدِ الْإِمَامِ الْمُنْفَصِلِ “If a Khaleefah is given bay’ah after another Khaleefah has already been appointed, then the first appointment is valid. It must be fulfilled. The second is invalid. It is forbidden to fulfil it. It is forbidden for him to demand that fulfilment. This is irrespective of whether the Muslims knew of the first Khaleefah or not. It is irrespective of whether they were in the same or different lands, or one of them was in a land totally separated from the other.”

By the Permission of Allah and With His Nasr (Victory), the Khilafah Rashidah Will Defeat the Protégé of Trump in the East, Modi

The Independence Day message of the US Secretary to India contrasts strongly with his Independence Day message to Pakistan. The US is clearly working hard on strengthening the military capabilities of the Hindu State, including artificial intelligence development and space cooperation. His messages reflect the difference in the US policy regarding Muslim states on the one hand, and on the other hand, the Hindu State in the East and the Jewish entity in the West.
