The Kuffar-Colonialists Conspired to Linger the ‘Democratic Stone-Age’ by False Accusation against Islam and Distortion of Realities

Bangladesh: Dhaka walls have Islamist Hizb ut Tahrir posters. They are asking the military to take over. Hizb ut Tahrir believes in a State where non-Muslims do not have voting rights but they can make “complaints in respect to unjust acts performed by the rulers or the misapplication of Islam upon them”. Such a bigoted, not to mention fascist, outfit should’ve no right to operate in a democratic country. Bangladesh army and the country’s spy agency, the Directorate General of Forces Intelligence (DGFI), need to run an internal investigation to find out the length and breadth of the HT infiltration into the forces. The Yunus administration should go all hog and unearth the group’s backers—civil, military, or otherwise—and bring them before justice. Failure to do so will take Bangladesh back to the Stone Age. ‘Non-Muslims do not have voting rights’ in the Khilafah (Caliphate) state is indeed a false accusation against the Islamic ruling system. Non-Muslim citizens of the Khilafah (Caliphate) state have definite voting rights and they will elect members for the Ummah Council from their own religious community, as the same way Muslims elect Muslim members of the Ummah Council. This voting right ensures every citizen’s ‘right of representation’ in the State. However, this council doesn’t have any legislative authority at all, because legislation is divine; so, the question of protecting and ensuring the civil rights of the citizens through participation in legislation in terms of judicial, ruling and management of their affairs doesn’t arise irrespective of Muslims or Non-Muslims. Divine legislations recognize that Non-Muslims will enjoy their religious rights as is prescribed in their respective religions and they will enjoy all civil rights as citizens of the state irrespective of Muslim or Non-Muslims. Because of this divine legislation that is not subject to change by the human mind, Muslims and Non-Muslims together lived a prosperous life under Khilafah (Caliphate) historically. On the other hand, under secular-democracy in India endorses voting right to its citizens, however, the minority Muslims in the country are being oppressed and their civil rights have been shattered by the State in the name of NRC (National Register for Citizens) manipulation and Waqf-property confiscation laws. Because, the legislation is the source of all oppression in the secular-democracy, where voting rights can’t prevent state sponsored oppression of the citizens generally and the minority Muslims in particular.

The reality is secular-democracy has categorically failed as a ruling system to ensure justice to the people and to ensure mere basic needs and civil rights. To hide this incompetence and failure, the Kuffar (disbelievers) began to manufacture false enemies like ISIS, stage false terrorist attacks and flare communal tension among citizens and countries. This eventually led to unjustified and barbaric one-sided annihilation of countries and dragged the humanity back to the stone ages. What Kuffar-Colonialists in the name of secular-democracy have done to the humanity is even worse than the so-called stone ages. In the stone ages, nobody annihilated about three million people of three sovereign countries (Iraq, Afghan and Syria) in the name of spreading democracy and freedom! Nobody encircled and locked a city and slowly massacred 50,000 innocent people in cold blood for the mere possession of sand and soil. In the stone ages, nobody abducted innocent people and kept them in secret dungeons for decades. In the stone ages, 1% didn’t loot the wealth of the 99% and make them starve to death. In the stone ages, the real owners of American and Australian lands were safe from extinction. The reality is, the humanity is never safe under secular-democracy and the world is in dire need of the Islamic divine ruling system. However, the dull headed ignorant and collaborators of the Kuffar-Colonialists can’t see this truth even if the truth is present in front of their very eyes. Allah (swt) said:

[وَلَقَدْ ذَرَأْنَا لِجَهَنَّمَ كَثِيرًا مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنْسِ لَهُمْ قُلُوبٌ لَا يَفْقَهُونَ بِهَا وَلَهُمْ أَعْيُنٌ لَا يُبْصِرُونَ بِهَا وَلَهُمْ آذَانٌ لَا يَسْمَعُونَ بِهَا أُولَئِكَ كَالْأَنْعَامِ بَلْ هُمْ أَضَلُّ أُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْغَافِلُونَ]

“They have eyes with which they do not see... Those are like livestock, rather, they are worse than that!” [Surah Al-A'raf: 179].

Military leadership and intelligence officers of Bangladesh are Muslims and they are part of the Ummah of Prophet Muhammad (saw). So, it is not strange if they support and carry the flag of Islam. Rather, it would be a strange matter if they support the secular-democratic system and carry the flag of Kuffar, even though they profess the Shahadah. And as a sincere guardian of the Muslims, Hizb ut Tahrir enjoins what is good for the Muslims and forbid what is evil for them. By following the sunnah of the Messenger (saw) Hizb ut Tahrir invites the military and security establishments to support Islam and take stands against the Kuffar. There is no secrecy in this subject and only the dubious minds and collaborators of the kuffar will find worry in this. Indeed, the Kuffar-Colonialists, the enemies of Allah and the Muslims, are very fearful of the return of the Caliphate. From the east to west, the leaders of Kuffar are explicitly mentioning their fright about the emergence of Caliphate. The recent statement of Tulsi Gabbard and Netanyahu is vivid proof of this fear. Especially, in Bangladesh where people from all walks of life and the young generation (Gen-Z) took up the Shahadah flag of Islam and chanting slogans demanding Caliphate. So, the kuffar resorted to the futile act of propaganda and falsification to linger the barbaric secular-democracy. Allah (swt) says in the Glorious Quran:

[فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ مَرَضٌ فَزَادَهُمُ اللَّهُ مَرَضًا وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْذِبُونَ]

“In their hearts is a fatal disease, so Allah has increased their disease; and for them is a painful punishment because they (habitually) used to lie and invent falsehood (about Islam).” [Surah Al-Baqarah: 10].
