Only the Khilafah Rashidah will Liberate Both Kashmir and Palestine

On 16 October 2025, “Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has offered India to sit for a comprehensive dialogue to settle contentious issues including Kashmir and jointly fight terrorism, reminding New Delhi that the neighbouring countries fought three wars in the past and gained nothing but miseries of the people.” [Dawn].
Comment:
After the incident of Pahalgam on 22 April 2025, in Occupied Kashmir, where 26 civilians were killed by some armed men, Pakistan and India went into a limited war, as India accused Pakistan-based organizations of being behind this incident. In an almost four-day fight, the world witnessed large-scale air warfare in the early morning of 7 May, in which more than 100 fighter planes took part from both sides. It resulted in the downing of five Indian fighter planes including the much-prized French Rafale. Both sides clashed on the Line of Control in Kashmir and attacked each other’s military installations. On Saturday 10th May, US President, Donald Trump, tweeted that “After a long night of talks mediated by the United States, I am pleased to announce that India and Pakistan have agreed to a full and immediate cease-fire.”
Once again, the agent rulers of Pakistan have lost the opportunity of liberating Occupied Kashmir. Alhamdulillah, the armed forces of Pakistan gave a very powerful response to the Indian aggression. The atmosphere in the country was electric. People were fully behind their armed forces. They were hoping that this time our armed forces won’t stop until they liberate Srinagar. However, as usual, as soon as the US saw that matters are not going in favour of India, it hurriedly intervened, asking for ceasefire. The agent rulers of Pakistan readily accepted, as if they were waiting for this order eagerly.
Now the rulers of Pakistan are asking India to come to the negotiating table for a comprehensive dialogue which will include Kashmir, Indus Water Treaty (IWT) and joint “counter-terrorism” operations. The rulers of Pakistan are trying to present themselves as if they don’t want war in the region, and so are ready to surrender to India over any issue, if Modi demands that.
Negotiations must be rejected. No negotiation can take place over Kashmir, as it is a Muslim Land, whose liberation through Jihad by the mujahid armed forces of Pakistan is a Shariah Fard (Obligation in Shariah Law). No one is in a delusion that India will leave Kashmir through negotiations. No one is in a delusion that India will allow more water to flow through the Indus valley river system. Instead, India will try to take more water. How can Pakistan fight alongside India, against those mujahideen who are fighting against India in Occupied Kashmir, just because India has declared them “terrorists”?
This negotiation offer is clearly surrender of Occupied Kashmir, and treachery, as it will only strengthen India, and serve the interest of the US. It is in the American interest that the issue of Kashmir must be settled in a way that strengthens India, so that India can play a vital role in its containment of the China policy. America tried to settle the issue of Kashmir, when Washington allowed Modi to annex Occupied Kashmir on 5 August 2019, and ordered the agent rulers of Pakistan not to take military action against India.
The US thought that after the rulers of Pakistan surrendered Occupied Kashmir to Modi, the Muslims in Kashmir and Pakistan will lose all hopes about its liberation (tahrir) and will surrender to humiliation as their fate. However, this has not happened. Instead, the liberation movement continues in Kashmir. So, after this recent escalation between Pakistan and India, America wants to bury the Issue of Kashmir.
By the will of Allah (swt), this American plan will fail, if the Muslims in Kashmir and Pakistan strongly reject this negotiation, and demand that their armed forces wage Jihad to liberate Kashmir.
It has been made clear that the current leadership will never wage Jihad to liberate Kashmir, as they bow their heads to the US world order, instead of obeying the commands of Allah (swt). So, the Muslims of Pakistan must also demand from their sons in the armed forces to grant Nussrah for the establishment of the Second Khilafah Rashidah (rightly-guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood in Pakistan. Only then will the armed forces of Pakistan first liberate Kashmir, and then the Blessed Land of Palestine.
[يٰۤاَيُّهَا الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ وَابۡتَغُوۡۤا اِلَيۡهِ الۡوَسِيۡلَةَ وَجَاهِدُوۡا فِىۡ سَبِيۡلِهٖ لَعَلَّـكُمۡ تُفۡلِحُوۡنَ]
“O Believers! Fear Allah and seek the means to come near to Him, and strive hard in His way; maybe you will attain true success.” (TMQ Surah Al-Ma’idah, 5:35)
