Russia Is Burning from Ukrainian Drones, while the FSB is Busy with Members of Hizb ut Tahrir
News:
Eight members of Hizb ut Tahrir have been detained in the Bashkir city of Tuymazy, as reported by the FSB’s Public Relations Center. ‘The Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Bashkortostan has suppressed the activities of a covert cell of an international terrorist organization banned in Russia, consisting of eight citizens of the Russian Federation,’ - the statement says.
At the residences of the detainees, a significant amount of literature was discovered and seized, as well as communication devices and electronic data carriers used by them in their activities. A criminal case has been initiated under the article on organizing the activities of a terrorist organization and participating in the activities of such an organization; the detainees face from 10 to 25 years of imprisonment.”
Comment:
The Russian security services have once again demonstrated an imitation of a special operation, bursting into the homes of unarmed Muslims with assault rifles and in full combat gear.
Against the backdrop of the protracted war in Ukraine, constant drone attacks from Ukraine, tightening Western sanctions, and falling oil revenues, the Kremlin needs to feed society the idea of a constant external threat; otherwise, the currently skyrocketing level of patriotism may begin to decline. That is why the FSB, instead of preventing Ukrainian attacks, is targeting peaceful Islamic activists who clearly pose no threat, since their organization does not use forceful actions as a method.
Let us recall that on June 1 of this year, a massive Ukrainian drone attack on Russian military airfields took place. According to experts, it became the largest strike on Russia’s strategic aviation in history. During Operation ‘Web’, organized by the Security Service of Ukraine, 117 drones were launched at four air bases on Russian territory. As a result, more than 40 strategic aircraft were hit.
