End War between Afghanistan and Pakistan by Declaring War on the Hindu State

(29/6/2026) Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid told Afghanistan International that at least 36 civilians were killed and 163 others injured in recent Pakistani attacks on three Afghan provinces. He said the casualties included women and children... Pakistan’s Information Minister Attaullah Tarar wrote on X on Sunday that one senior commander of the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and three members of Jamaat-ul-Ahrar, a breakaway faction of the TTP, were killed during an operation in Bajaur district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa... The minister reiterated that Pakistan’s campaign against terrorism would continue “at full pace to wipe out the menace of foreign sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.” (Afghanistan International)

Comment:

It is tragic to see Muslims killing Muslims, regardless of the accusations and counter-accusations. Even worse, fighting between Muslims is now a new normal throughout the Muslim World. At the same time, the rulers of Muslims work day and night to end fighting against the disbelievers. They work to end fighting against the Jewish entity, under the Abraham Accords and the Board of Peace. They work to end fighting against the United States, under the Doha Accords with Afghanistan, and the Memorandum of Understanding with Iran. They work to end fighting against the Hindu State, through ceasefire, confidence-building measures, agreements and treaties. Is war only to be waged against Muslims, whilst peace is only to be made with the attacking disbelievers?

As for “the menace of foreign sponsored and supported terrorism,” the rulers of Pakistan mean that the Hindu State is using Afghanistan as a proxy to harm Pakistan. If the rulers of Pakistan really believe this claim of theirs, let them act accordingly. Let them declare Jihad in Occupied Kashmir, end the ceasefire with India, demand the severing of all relations with New Delhi and invite the Mujahideen of Afghanistan and Kashmir to assist the Pakistan Army in the liberation of Kashmir. This act alone will unify the believers, expose the munafiqeen and force the retreat of the Hindu “menace.”

Jihad to liberate Occupied Kashmir is not an option amongst pragmatic options, it is a Shariah obligation. Islam commands war against the attacking disbelievers. Allah (swt) said,

[فَمَنِ اعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَاعْتَدُوا عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا اعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ]“So, if anyone attacks you, attack in the same manner they attacked you.” [TMQ Surah Al-Baqarah 2:194]. Allah (swt) said,

[وَأَخْرِجُوهُم مِّنْ حَيْثُ أَخْرَجُوكُمْ] “And expel them from wherever they expelled you.” [TMQ Surah Al-Baqarah 2:191]. It is the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) alone that will implement this solution. It will unify the military forces of the Muslims under one Ameer of Jihad, after removing the nationalistic borders between Muslims. It will cleanse the Ummah of any tribalistic, nationalistic and sub-nationalistic tendencies, to prevent infighting, division and balkanization of Muslim Lands. It will sever all ties with the attacking disbelieving states, ending their hopes for establishing strategic depth, terrorist infrastructure and fitnah between Muslims, within the Abode of Islam. It will lead oppressed disbelieving states in a global rebellion against the tyranny of the United States, and its proteges, the Jewish entity and the Hindu State.
