In remarks made by the US Secretary of State at a press conference held at Hamilton Airport in Canada, on the sidelines of the G7 summit, Marco Rubio, when asked about the situation in Sudan, said, “troubling… what’s happening there is horrifying.” This troubling situation, created by American agents within the army and the Rapid Support Forces, is due to the senseless and cursed war—a stage America desires to reach. The American plan is nearly complete, especially after the Rapid Support Forces seized control of El Fasher and negotiations began in Washington between the Quad and the two delegations. Thus, America is clearly and unequivocally proceeding with its plan to dismember the Darfur region at an accelerated pace.

Rubio confirmed that the US held three meetings with the entire Quad, and that the US is sponsoring this Quad initiative with Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. Rubio reveals that America is sponsoring the negotiation process and will not allow any country to be a partner in this Quad without its permission. There was what was called the Jeddah Platform Quad, formed by America and its agent Saudi Arabia, and Britain and its agent UAE. They had issued a statement on the fifth day of the war, which said, “Sudan’s military leaders must engage in dialogue without delay.” However, America was working to prolong the war, so it was able to exclude Britain and its agents, both civilian and military, from the political process and from playing a role in managing the conflict and related matters. It alone took control of the Sudan file. In a report by the Washington Institute for Near East Policy dated July 31, 2025, entitled, “Washington’s Difficult Mission to Unify Sudan Diplomacy Just Got Harder,” Massad Boulos indicated that “Parallel communications are taking place behind the scenes—with SAF and RSF leaders as well as other Sudanese military and civilian figures—in an attempt to bridge the gap.” According to the report, Boulos said, “Sudan will be a priority in the coming phase.” He then brazenly threatened that if either side of the conflict rejects the Quad’s plan, America will not hesitate to take the necessary measures.

This is in relation to the Quad invented by America, in order to monopolize the solution, its timing and outcomes, and even to seize the entire scene and direct it as it wants. The Quad, as some have said, is nothing but a vault that America used to imprison the Sudanese conflict, store it and keep it under its care, until the time comes! This Quad may seek help from some countries. In Boulus’s interview with Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper on 28 October 2025, he said, “There are other countries and institutions that support this peaceful path and are ready to help, including the European Union and many European countries, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Qatar and a large number of countries, especially neighboring countries and others, and we are grateful to them,” in order to avoid European interference and to give an international character to the negotiations.

At the same press conference, Rubio was asked about his assessment of the UAE’s role in this war, and he said, “We know who the parties are that are involved [in weapons supply]... That’s why they’re part of the Quad along with other countries involved.”While the whole world witnessed the UAE’s involvement and its role in this dirty war, America does not care about being in the Quad. As for why the UAE is part of the Quad, despite its rulers’ subservience to Britain, it has not stopped providing support to America’s separatist agent, Hemedti, hoping to have influence over him, which is similar to what it is doing in Libya by supporting America’s agent Haftar.

According to an AFP-UAE 71 report dated November 14, 2025, a report by US-based watchdog, The Sentry, entitled “Inside Job: Libya’s Fuel Smuggling Escalation” confirmed that “Since the start of Sudan’s civil war, the Haftar camp has been a key fuel supplier to the RSF. This persistent flow of diesel and gasoline has enabled the RSF’s mobility in Darfur and, therefore, its tactical operations there. By supplying fuel and other aid to the RSF amid the Sudanese war, the Haftar family has tightened its command structure and strategic control in southeastern Libya. The transfer of fuel to the RSF reflects the Haftar’s deep loyalty to the Emirati government, a crucial backer of the paramilitary force. Because of the UAE’s extensive ideological, diplomatic, financial, and political support for the Haftar family since 2014, the Emirati government occupies a privileged position in the eyes of Haftar’s forces, leaving them beholden to Abu Dhabi.” According to the same source, dated November 13, 2025, Sudanese journalist Ismail Hassan stated that the head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, secretly met with an Emirati minister and handed him evidence regarding Abu Dhabi's involvement in the Sudanese war. He indicated that he told the Americans, “Arrange a meeting between us and Abu Dhabi leaders... and indeed, the Emirati Minister of State, Shakhbout bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, came, and in the presence of the Americans, we presented them with 21 separate files containing all the information confirming the UAE’s role in the war. Shakhbout was unable to respond or deny it and left the meeting in silence.” Al-Burhan continued, “We told the Americans, why don’t you tell the UAE: No to war?! The rebellion’s entry into El Fasher and the Sudanese people’s reaction to El Fasher has doubled the responsibility on our shoulders.”

The Americans know and are even monitoring the sources that supply their men in their dirty, futile war in Sudan. According to the US Secretary of State in his press conference, he said, “I think something needs to be done to cut off the weapons and the support that the RSF is getting as they continue with their advances… they’re clearly receiving assistance from outside… and, clearly, that assistance isn’t just coming from some country that’s paying for it. It’s also coming from countries that are allowing their territory to be used to ship it and transport it.”He added, “I can just tell you, at the highest levels of our government, that case is being made and that pressure is being applied to the relevant parties,” and “I don’t want to get into calling anybody out at a press conference today, because what we want is a good outcome here.”

America colluded with these countries, as the US Secretary of State pointed out, and remained silent until the staged war, which ultimately led to the secession of Darfur, was complete. Even worse, the atrocities committed in Darfur, and previously in other Sudanese cities, occurred in full view of America. The US Secretary of State said, “The RSF a few days ago agreed to a humanitarian ceasefire, but they don’t intend to comply with it. And when you raise the issue of these atrocities, they always hide behind the argument that this is rogue elements. Well, it’s not rogue elements… they’re doing it systematically.”

However, what confirms the pragmatism of American foreign policy, especially after American politicians tasted the bitterness of colonialism in the Gulf oil, is that the factor of utilitarianism and colonialism prevailed, so its foreign policy became the policy of the rich and the owners of monopolistic companies in it, that is, it is a purely colonialist policy, in which there is no room for lofty values, and utilitarianism alone controls the behavior of politicians. What confirms this is the frankness of Secretary Rubio in his answer to the question: Will you support the efforts of the Senate... from both parties, to designate the Rapid Support Forces as a foreign terrorist organization or a foreign terrorist group? His answers reflected a mentality that knows no ethics in politics except utility, as he said, “Yeah, I mean, if it would be helpful in bringing this to an end, we would,” and his saying, “I don’t want to get into calling anybody out at a press conference today, because what we want is a good outcome here.”

Herein lies the true face of American policy in dealing with issues according to the benefit gained. Morality has no weight in their view of peoples and nations. Despite describing the Rapid Support Forces as, “They’re committing acts of sexual violence and atrocities, just horrifying atrocities, against women, children, innocent civilians of the most horrific kind,” they are not terrorists as long as they are implementing the map of American nationalistic borders of bloodshed!

Ultimately, only the Islamic state will force America back into isolation once again; it will bring people out of the oppression of capitalism into the light of Islam.
