The factors of the unity of the Islamic Ummah are numerous and almost countless. It will not be long, by the Permission of Allah (swt), until the Ummah regains control of its affairs and astonishes the whole world again with its movement that will shake the thrones of the tyrants, indeed demolish them and eliminate their systems, from which it has never seen any good, in a decisive way, to establish the Islamic State of glory and dignity, in accordance with the Promise of Allah (swt) and the glad tidings of His Messenger (saw); the Second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. Allah (swt) said,
[وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ * بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ]
“And on that day the believers will rejoice * in the nasr of Allah (swt). He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful” [TMQ Surah Ar-Rum 4:5].

A Warning to the States Participating in Trump’s Board for the Colonization of Gaza
US President Trump signed the founding charter of the Board of Peace during an official ceremony on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, with the participation of officials and leaders representing a number of countries. White House spokeswoman, Karoline Leavitt, said during the ceremony, which was attended by a group of leaders who accepted Trump's invitation to join the board, “Congratulations President Trump, the charter is now in full force, and the Board of Peace is now an official international organization.”
The states that signed the founding charter of Trump’s Board of Peace are: Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Morocco, Kazakhstan, Hungary, Indonesia, Argentina, Armenia, Paraguay, Pakistan, Kosovo, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, in addition to America, with its president serving as the head of this board.
The idea of this was originally established to oversee the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip, but its charter stipulates much broader tasks, including efforts to resolve other conflicts in various parts of the world. Trump said that the board was going to be “very successful in Gaza” and “we can spread out to other things as we succeed with Gaza.”
In light of this reality, which seeks to confer legitimacy upon the colonial ambitions of America and the Jewish entity in Gaza and across the entire Blessed Land of Palestine, a press release issued by the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir affirmed the following:
First: Trump, with his arrogance and haughtiness, is attempting to impose American colonization upon the world and to grant it whatever legitimacy possible. He was not content with abducting the President of Venezuela and his wife; rather, he threatens to seize Greenland, has previously threatened Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Cuba, and other countries, seeks to end the Russian-Ukrainian war in a manner that serves American interests, turns his back on international norms, violates the sovereignty of states, and even seeks to turn many of them into tools to achieve his ambitions.
Second: The criminal is not only the one who commits the crime; rather, everyone who participates in his crime is a criminal like him, everyone who is able to prevent him from committing his crime and does not do so is also a criminal like him, and whoever remains silent about it is likewise a criminal. Therefore, we affirm that all states participating in signing this founding charter, as well as those that will sign later, are partners in the crime of America’s colonization of Gaza.
Third: The Islamic Ummah preserves in its memory everyone who has committed crimes against it, and it will not forget them no matter how much time passes. It will hold America and the states that share in its crime in Gaza, all of Palestine, and elsewhere to account when Allah honors it with His victory and it establishes its Khilafah (Caliphate).
Fourth: Hizb ut Tahrir—the pioneer who does not lie to his people—steadily advances with the sons of the Islamic Ummah and with the people of power and protection within it to establish the second Khilafah on the method of the Prophethood, to unite the Muslim lands under the rayah (banner) of the Khilafah, and to make the armies of the Muslims one massive, overwhelming army that will exact retribution from everyone who has committed crimes against the Muslims. Therefore, we warn you of the magnitude of your crime against our Ummah, and we warn you of the consequences of its anger. So take heed and withdraw from this colonial council before you regret it, when regret will be of no avail:
[وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ مُنْقَلَبٍ يَنْقَلِبُونَ]
“And those who have wronged are going to know to what kind of return they will be returned” [Ash-Shu‘ara:227].

Will You Muslims Return to the Sources of Your Strength: Your Deen and Your Khilafah (Caliphate)?
Adversity is the true test of men. Is there any greater adversity than this? You are from a great Ummah that does not tolerate injustice. You defeated the Crusaders and vanquished the Mongols, then returned to dominate the world. After the Crusaders and Mongols aimed to annihilate this Ummah, it rose again, conquered Constantinople, and knocked on the gates of Vienna. This was because it returned to the sources of its strength: its Deen and its Khilafah (Caliphate). It then ruled the world, after its enemies had imagined its demise. When they awoke from their slumber, they found their illusions to be mere dreams.
So, will you not return to the sources of your strength: your Deen and your Khilafah? For the situation has become dire! So take heed, O people of insight, and know that if calamity befalls, it will not only afflict the tyrannical oppressors, but also those who remain silent about their oppression. Allah (swt) says,
[وَاتَّقُوا فِتْنَةً لَا تُصِيبَنَّ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مِنْكُمْ خَاصَّةً وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ]
“And fear a trial which will not strike exclusively those of you who have wronged, and know that Allah (swt) is severe in punishment” [TMQ Surah Al-Anfal 25]. And Ahmad narrated in his Musnad, on the authority of Mujahid, who said: A freed slave of ours told me that he heard my grandfather say: I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) say,
«إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُعَذِّبُ الْعَامَّةَ بِعَمَلِ الْخَاصَّةِ، حَتَّى يَرَوْا الْمُنْكَرَ بَيْنَ ظَهْرَانَيْهِمْ، وَهُمْ قَادِرُونَ عَلَى أَنْ يُنْكِرُوهُ فَلَا يُنْكِرُوهُ، فَإِذَا فَعَلُوا ذَلِكَ، عَذَّبَ اللَّهُ الْخَاصَّةَ وَالْعَامَّةَ»
“Allah does not punish the general public for the actions of a faction until they see the munkar (evil) is committed openly among them, and they are able to denounce it but do not. If they do this, Allah (swt) will punish both the faction and the general public.” This hadith was also narrated by Ibn Abi Shaybah in his Musnad.

What Awaits the Islamic Ummah when the Khilafah (Caliphate) Is Established Soon, By the Permission of Allah (swt)
What awaits the Islamic Ummah upon the establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate), by the Permission of Allah (swt), is not an impossible dream or a historical fantasy, but a divine promise and a historical precedent. With the establishment of the Khilafah, the political unity of the Ummah will be restored, artificial nationalistic borders will disappear, Muslims will unify under one Rayah banner, and ruling governance will be based on the Shariah Law of Allah (swt). Justice will be achieved, rights will be protected, wealth will be distributed equitably, and the Ummah’s resources will be invested for the benefit of its citizens, not for the benefit of colonialists.
With the establishment of the Khilafah, the Ummah will regain its international standing, not as a subordinate in an unjust world order, but as a major world power carrying an alternative civilizational project based on justice and mercy. It will address all of humanity with Islam, not with coercion and exploitation, but with persuasion and reasoned argument.
Moreover, the establishment of the Khilafah is not merely one political option among many, nor an intellectual project open to debate. Instead, it is a Shariah obligation incumbent upon the entire Ummah, and neglecting it is a sin for which they will be held accountable before Allah (swt). Throughout history, the Ummah has collectively agreed on the Shariah obligation to establish a Khaleefah (Caliph), and that neglecting this Shariah obligation is a grave sin. The passage of more than a century since the absence of the Khilafah does not absolve one of blame. Instead, it increases responsibility and makes the questioning on the Day of Judgment all the more severe: Why did you accept alternatives and remain silent about the suspension of the ruling governance of Allah (swt)?
Therefore, we affirm that doing good deeds to establish the Khilafah is the Shariah obligation of our time. It is a fundamental political and intellectual endeavor, based on restoring Islam to the center of life, cultivating an aware public opinion about this Shariah obligation, and seeking nussrah (military support) from those with military power and protection within the Islamic Ummah, just as the Prophet Muhammad (saw) did when he established the state in Madinah.

The Uzbek Regime Joins the Board of the Occupation of Gaza
The official spokesperson for the President of Uzbekistan, Sherzod Asadov, announced the acceptance by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Trump’s offer to join the Board of Peace, as a founding member. In his letter to Trump, Mirziyoyev described the initiative as “a significant step toward resolving enduring conflicts in the Middle East and promoting peace and stability across the wider region.”
Ar-Rayah Newspaper: Although the Uzbek regime promotes the slogan of a “neutral and balanced foreign policy” in its official policy, joining a structure launched by the United States, and closely linked to the interests of the Jewish entity, effectively constitutes an abandonment of neutrality. Its membership in the “Board of Peace” makes it a direct partner in American policy in the Middle East, particularly in the crimes committed in Gaza. This decision will impose significant political, financial, and even military obligations on the state, including:
1- Diplomatic support: Strengthening the Board's activities and involving other countries. Accordingly, Uzbekistan will have to support the Board's activities on the international stage, legitimize it, and take effective diplomatic measures to involve other countries in this structure. This practically means becoming a supporter of American initiatives.
2. Financial Commitment: According to the plan, the Board will establish international funds for the reconstruction of Gaza. Obtaining a permanent seat will cost one billion US dollars. This is a heavy financial burden for a country suffering from domestic problems.
3. Military and Security Obligations: Board members will be obligated to send their forces under the pretext of disarming Gaza and ensuring security. This would increase the risk of Uzbekistan being directly drawn into a spiral of military and political conflicts.
A practical solution to the Gaza issue requires a political force capable of eliminating the Jewish entity from the Blessed Land of Palestine, and expelling the forces that support it from the Muslim World. This capable political force is the Khilafah (Caliphate). Therefore, Muslims must do good deeds to establish the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood.

Islam Is Coming to Overthrow the Systems of Disbelief, not to Adorn Itself with Them
The continued existence and rise of Islam, even from within the very systems that oppose it, demonstrates that it is the true Deen and that it is inevitably coming to overthrow their systems, not to adorn itself with them. It is coming to establish a just state — the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood — not to enter their parliaments or accept their restrictive frameworks.
The mere mention of Islam disrupts their calculations, destabilizes them, and strikes at the very core of their crumbling intellectual order. They have spent vast sums trying to distance people from Islam, yet Islam is the one asserting itself, guiding hearts, transforming perceptions, and confirming to people that it is the truth and the hope for humanity.
In the midst of this intellectual conflict and political struggle, the Shariah obligation of Muslims today is to realize that salvation will not come through superficial participation in systems of disbelief, but instead through a comprehensive transformation that uproots these systems entirely.
Therefore, Muslims today must place their trust in Islam, not in the symbols presented to them from within capitalist systems. They must rally around the only Shariah political project, which is the project of Hizb ut Tahrir, which works day and night, with awareness and insight, to establish the Second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood, a great state that establishes the rule of Islam in its entirety, and carries its Risaalah message to the world through Dawah and Jihad.
