Armies exist to be a shield for the Ummah and a sword to defend its sanctities and liberate its occupied lands, not to be tools in the hands of the West, or guardians of its interests. History reminds us that when soldiers are bound in loyalty to their Deen, they become an invincible force, but when they are separated from it, they become pawns in the conflicts of others. The greatest gift soldiers can offer their Ummah is to make their loyalty to their Deen and their Ummah above all else, and to understand that this Ummah deserves to have its soldiers as its own army, not as an army in the hands of its enemies.

Western Military Bases and Their Role in Our Lands
A press release issued by the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir stated that “The course of the war waged by America and the Jewish entity against Iran has proven that American, British, French, and other Western colonial military bases, as well as the so-called early warning and surveillance systems deployed in the region, have brought nothing but misery and destruction to Muslim lands. Muslims have reaped nothing but harm from them; indeed, these bases have often been the spark for wars imposed upon them, exposing their countries to attack and aggression. These bases, which agents have long claimed were established to protect the country and enhance its security, have been proven false by events. They serve to protect the interests of the enemies and achieve their malicious goals, and the counties and their military capabilities have become burdened with defending them!”
The press release added that, “America and other Western countries, such as Britain and France, maintain these bases in Muslim lands to use them to attack whomever they please and to ignite conflicts wherever they wish in order to achieve their colonial ambitions and the expansionist goals of their protégé, the Jewish entity, and to subjugate Islamic countries, particularly the Middle East, to their greedy goals. They do not conceal this; rather, they openly declare it. For example, the American ambassador to the Jewish entity, Mike Huckabee, stated that “Israel” has a biblical right to the land stretching from the Nile to the Euphrates rivers. And their Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, did not hide his crusading hatred for Islam when he said, “Crazy regimes like Iran, hellbent on prophetic Islamist delusions, cannot have nuclear weapons.””
The press release continued, “America, which operates a wide network of military sites in at least 18 locations in the region, Britain, which has 23 bases, as well as France, which maintains several bases and operations centers, and other colonial countries, have violated the Muslim lands under the pretext of security agreements, alliances, and common interests, so that Muslim lands become a stage for their sinful military operations with which they strike us, and they take those bases and centers as a launching point for air and sea operations and gathering intelligence to protect their colonial interests and the Jewish entity.”
Regarding the armies of Muslims, the press release stated, “Therefore, it is the duty upon the armies of the Islamic Ummah, as those entrusted with protecting the Muslim lands, to expel these bases from our lands immediately. For they are among the acts of treachery committed against us by our rulers, and in their simplest form, they constitute cooperation with an enemy whose allegiance or assistance Allah has forbidden. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «فَإِنَّا لَا نَسْتَعِينُ بِالْمُشْرِكِينَ عَلَى الْمُشْرِكِينَ» “We do not seek the help of polytheists against polytheists.” Moreover, they have given the disbelievers a means to harm us, which is also something that Allah (swt) has forbidden, as He (swt) says,
[وَلَن يَجْعَلَ اللّهُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ سَبِيلاً]
“And Allah will never grant the disbelievers a way over the believers” [TMQ Surah An-Nisa: 141].
The press release concluded by addressing the armies in the Islamic countries: The facts have become clear to everyone. All that remains are for the sincere people in the armies of the Islamic Ummah to move to rid it of the influence of colonialism and its agents, and to establish the second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood, so that Islam and the Muslims may regain their glory. Allah (swt) said,
[هَٰذَا بَلَاغٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَلِيُنذَرُوا بِهِ]
“This Quran is a sufficient message for humanity so that they may take it as a warning” [TMQ Surah Ibrahim: 52].

What is Happening in Muslim Countries Makes Us Consider Two Issues
Firstly, all calls for subservience to the disbelieving, colonialist West, whether to avoid its harm or to gain its favor, are political suicide that will only lead to ruin and destruction. Moreover, it is forbidden because it contradicts the path of the Prophet Muhammad (saw) and the way of the Khulafa'a Rashidun (ra), who succeeded him in ruling, and it incurs the Wrath of Allah (swt) in this world and the Hereafter. Allah (swt) said,
[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لا تَتَّخِذُوا عَدُوِّي وَعَدُوَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَاء تُلْقُونَ إِلَيْهِم بِالْمَوَدَّةِ وَقَدْ كَفَرُوا بِمَا جَاءَكُم مِّنَ الْحَقِّ]
“O you who have believed, do not take My enemies and your enemies as allies, extending to them affection while they have disbelieved in what has come to you of the truth.” [TMQ Surah Al-Mumtahina: 1].
Secondly, the Islamic Ummah must not be deceived by the claims of the disbelieving, colonialist West and its agents that it is incapable of regaining its independence through them. The West's capabilities are limited to what is readily apparent. America, whose military was touted as the strongest in the world, has failed to achieve its promise that its war with Iran would be a walk in the park, similar to its actions in Venezuela. The war has dragged on and become increasingly complex, leaving Trump and his allies in a predicament. They have resorted to fabricating one lie after another about their supposed achievements in eliminating Iran's military capabilities, while desperately searching for a way out of their predicament.
Therefore, we call upon the Islamic Ummah to remember that the Khilafah (Caliphate) is the political system to which the Prophet Muhammad (saw) guided us, the system implemented by the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them), and the system that guaranteed the Islamic Ummah its dignity throughout history. It has known no dignity except under its shade. The Ummah must now engage in the work of re-establishing it and make this its paramount cause.
Hizb ut Tahrir has prepared itself to revive this great Shariah obligation through Islamic culture and political awareness. Its members are among you, extending their hands to you, hoping that Allah (swt) will grant us and you victory (nasr) and empowerment (tamkeen).

When Egypt’s Wealth Becomes a Tool for Impoverishing It!
In recent years, Egypt has witnessed a successive wave of fuel price hikes, with some types of gasoline increasing by hundreds of percent over the past decade. Just a few years ago, a liter of gasoline cost only a few Egyptian pounds; today, it approaches twenty pounds and even exceeds that for some types. These increases did not occur suddenly, but rather as part of a clear trajectory that began with the government's adoption of what it called "economic reform" programs. A key component of these programs was the removal of subsidies on energy and the linking of prices to the global market.
O People of Egypt Al-Kinanah (The Quiver of Arrows): The hardship you are experiencing in terms of livelihoods and rising prices is not due to a lack of resources, but rather a direct result of flawed economic policies governing the country. Egypt is not a poor country; it is rich in resources, strategic location, and potential. However, these resources are not being managed today in a way that ensures your well-being. Recognizing this fact is the first step on the path to change, so that your wealth may be returned to you and managed in a way that brings you justice and compassion.
O Soldiers of Al-Kinanah: You are part of this Ummah that suffers under the burden of these policies. The armies of the Islamic Ummah were pillars of justice and protectors of people's rights, not tools in the hands of policies that burden and oppress the Ummah. Your responsibility is immense in protecting the country and its resources, and in being its shield against all that harms it or squanders its potential. Stand with your Ummah, bear its burdens, and restore its authority, which governs its affairs according to Islam under the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood.

Rulers of Pakistan Have Become Accustomed to Betraying Muslims and Supporting their Enemies
The political and military leaders of Pakistan have no shame before Allah (swt) or His people. Instead of rushing to the aid of their brothers and neighbors, they abandoned them, just as they abandoned their brothers in Gaza. Instead of seizing this opportunity to break free from their subservience to America, they intensified their subservience, thinking that by doing so they would appease it and remain in their crooked positions. They have not learned from what America did to its allies, agents and supporters in Iran, Syria, Iraq, and elsewhere. Not content with the silence of the powerless, they boasted that they would join America’s war, just as they had previously joined its crusade called the “War on Terror.” They have retained not even a shred of the chivalry of Abu Jahl, nor even a stance like that of the Spanish crusaders! Thus, the words of the Messenger of Allah (saw) apply to them, «إِنَّ مِمَّا أَدْرَكَ النَّاسُ مِنْ كَلَامِ النُّبُوَّةِ الأُولَى: إِذَا لَمْ تَسْتَحِ فَاصْنَعْ مَا شِئْتَ» “Among the things that people have learned from the words of the earlier Prophets (as) is: ‘If you have no shame, then do as you please.’”
O Muslims, and Sincere Soldiers in Pakistan: There is no longer any excuse for remaining silent about these despicable people who rule and lead you. It has become clear to everyone that they are the root of the problem and the source of the disease, and that overthrowing them is the greatest Shariah obligation. If you do this, you will be freed from the shackles of disbelieving America and will be able to take control of your own affairs. So join hands with Hizb ut Tahrir and support it until you establish the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. Only through it will you please your Lord and liberate yourselves and your Ummah. Otherwise, your losses, setbacks, and humiliation will continue to increase until you reach the lowest of the low.

The Ummah will Triumph Over Its Enemies Through the Khilafah (Caliphate) System, Not the Democratic Republican System
The ongoing war between Iran, America, and the Jewish entity has proven that the American-Jewish front is weaker than many had imagined. The war, which America believed would be limited to a military operation to topple the regime and install a replacement, as it did in Venezuela, has turned out to be a war that does not appear to be ending soon, nor as America planned or desired. However, the Iranian republican regime’s aspirations are limited to halting the war and returning to square one: new negotiations and the stripping of the country’s elements of power—its nuclear program and strategic weapons. America will continue to lie in wait, working to weaken it until it falls into the trap of complete subservience, thus achieving at the negotiating table what it has always failed to achieve on the battlefield.
The only way for the Islamic Ummah, including Iran, to triumph over America is to transform the democratic, republican system in Iran into a Khilafah (Caliphate). This is because the Khilafah will rule according to the Shariah Law of Allah (swt), break down borders with other Muslim countries, unify them, and call for a general mobilization for Jihad in the Path of Allah (swt) against America and the Jewish entity. Thus, the Ummah, under its Khilafah, would become a formidable power, easily capable of sinking America's fleets at sea and forcing it into isolation across the oceans, especially after its European allies in the Western Crusader alliance abandoned it. At that point, the Khilafah would stand alone on the international stage, rightfully dominating the entire world.

Who is the Evil Alliance Between the Jews and the Hindus For?
O Muslims: Your rulers will not confront the evil alliance between the Jews and the Hindus. Ideologically, these rulers are nationalists, and when they speak of “nation building,” their vision does not extend beyond the nationalism that has torn you apart, divided you and weakened you. They will never consider building the Ummah, which necessitates removing nationalistic borders and unifying the Muslim lands to become the most powerful state in the world. Politically, they are loyal to America, the ally of the Jewish entity and the Hindu State, and their role is to restrain your armies while your brothers are slaughtered by the Jews and the Hindus. Is there any doubt, then, about the necessity of replacing them with an Islamic leadership that rules by Islam, unifies you, and fights your enemies?
O armies of the Islamic Ummah: Sound reason dictates the unification of your Ummah, and this is the demand of the moment. Above that, it is a Shariah obligation upon you. Allah (swt) said,
[وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِحَبْلِ اللهِ جَمِيعاً وَلَا تَفَرَّقُوا]
“And hold fast, all of you, to the rope of Allah, and do not be divided among yourselves.” [TMQ Surah Aali Imran 3:103]. Hafiz Ibn Kathir said in his tafsir (Quranic commentary), أمرهم بالجماعة ونهاهم عن التفرقة “He commanded them to be united and forbade them from division.” This noble verse is a Shariah evidence of the obligation for Muslims to unify in a single entity. The Ansar (ra) of Al-Madinah were the ones who offered their support to establish Islamic ruling governance and unify Muslims in one entity, and Allah (swt) enabled them to defeat the Jews and mushrikoon (idol-worshippers) of their time. In our time, the sincere and truthful among you are the ones who will forever turn the page on the humiliation and treachery inflicted by the Jews and the Hindu idol-worshippers. Hizb ut Tahrir is working among you and with you, knowing your best qualities firsthand, and affirms to you that the time has come for you to give it your nussrah (military support) to establish the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood.

The Patience (Sabr) that Islam Calls For is Not Patience in the Face of Injustice
The patience that Islam calls for is not patience in the face of injustice, nor acceptance of the corrupt reality. Instead, it is patience in doing good deeds to resume the Islamic way of life. It is patience in enduring harm for the sake of speaking the truth, patience throughout the long journey, and steadfastness in the project without compromise or assimilation into systems that rule by disbelief.
The promise of Allah (swt) of victory is undoubtedly true, but it is contingent upon the condition that the goal be the establishment of the Deen, and that the good deeds be organized and aware in order to establish the ruling governance of Islam on earth. Only then will the Khilafah (Caliphate) be realized, injustice be eradicated, and the Ummah regain its unity and strength.
The Islamic approach is neither a mere spiritual, individualistic Dawah, nor partial reform within corrupt systems. Instead, it is a comprehensive project to establish the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood, where sovereignty belongs to Shariah Law, authority to the Ummah, and the risaalah (message) of Islam be carried to the world. This is the true path to victory, and it is the Shariah obligation of the Ummah to strive for it, so that the Muslims may meet Allah (swt) having fulfilled their Shariah obligation.

Trump and His Clergy Continue the Crusades
Many websites published a video showing priests praying over US President Trump in the Oval Office, amidst the US and Jewish aggression against Iran.
Ar-Rayah Newspaper: Here are the disbelievers, wallowing in the darkness of falsehood, shameless in their falsehood. They are boasting of their crusading zeal in the media, making it a slogan for their policies. What Trump and his priests did is not merely a personal religious ritual, but a political-religious spectacle used to justify aggression and mobilize Western public opinion under the banner of the Christian Cross against Muslims.
As for us Muslims, the people of the true Deen, we are treated like criminals if we display the rituals of our Deen. The Azhaan (call) to Salah (Shariah prayer) is forbidden in many countries, our women are prohibited from wearing the hijab in schools, universities, and workplaces, and those who call for Jihad or reject alliances with the disbelievers are imprisoned and labeled “terrorist” and “extremist.” These terms are not spontaneous. Instead, they were coined by America and its media and intelligence agencies to distort the image of Islam, weaken Muslims' adherence to their Deen, and keep them in a state of subjugation and defeat.
While the Crusader priests bless their war in the highest headquarters, we affirm that there is no salvation, no glory, and no dignity for us except by establishing the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood, which applies the Shariah Law of Allah (swt) in every aspect of our lives, restores our prestige, protects our blood, our honor, and our money, and confronts disbelief with truth, not by begging for peace from the disbelievers.

Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa Is Under the Treachery of the Rulers and the Inaction of the Muslims
For the first time in 59 years, the Azhan (Shariah call to prayer) is absent from Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, and Eid al-Fitr prayers are prohibited for worshippers within its precincts, leaving its courtyards empty and a heavy silence enveloping its arcades, which have always been a vibrant heart filled with worshippers and those steadfastly defending the masjid, witnessing their supplicated Duas, tears, and endless tales of patience.
This year, Eid al-Fitr prayers were not permitted at Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa after a prolonged closure that included the last Friday of Ramadan, Laylat al-Qadr (the Night of Power), and the last ten days of Ramadan. (Al Jazeera Net)
Ar-Rayah Newspaper: This is the state of Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, and this is our state due to the treachery of our rulers who protect the Jewish entity by preventing their armies from fighting it and uprooting it from the blessed land. This state of weakness we are experiencing is due to the absence of our Khaleefah (Caliph), behind whom we would fight and in whom we would find protection.
Therefore, a great Shariah obligation falls upon us: to strive and exert ourselves in urging our armies to move to fight the Jewish occupiers and cleanse Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa of them. And if the treacherous rulers prevent them from doing that, then let the armies remove the rulers from their seats, and demolish their thrones, and please Allah (swt) by giving nussrah (military support) to Hizb ut Tahrir to establish the Second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood, so that Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa and all of Palestine may be liberated by the armies. Allah (swt) said,
[وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ * بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ يَنصُرُ مَن يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ]
“And on that day the believers will rejoice * in the victory of Allah, He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.” [TMQ Surah Ar-Rum: 4-5]
