[إِنَّ اللهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْرًا]

“Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose. Allah has already set a decreed extent for everything.” [TMQ Surah At-Talaq: 3]

The calamities facing the Islamic Ummah are becoming more and more evident,

From the head of kufr (disbelief), Trump, and his new conservative administration, which openly declares that it is a hateful Crusader administration, that has no room for tolerance or coexistence with Islam, which it describes as terrorism;

To the criminal Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of the Jews, whose entity has been drenching itself in the blood of Muslims for over a year and a half;

To the rulers of Muslims who conspire with the enemies of the Ummah, the Jews and America, to kill Muslims, women, men, and the elderly, bomb their countries, and violate their capitals, without lifting a finger;

To the movements and parties that have chosen to be loyal to the rulers, thus becoming bad confidants for bad rulers;

To the ulema who have chosen this world over Deen, and silence over speaking the truth;

And to many other factions, parties, and developments that are almost turning the scene into that described by Allah (swt),

[كَظُلُمَاتٍ فِي بَحْرٍ لُّجِّيٍّ يَغْشَاهُ مَوْجٌ مِّن فَوْقِهِ مَوْجٌ مِّن فَوْقِهِ سَحَابٌ ظُلُمَاتٌ بَعْضُهَا فَوْقَ بَعْضٍ إِذَا أَخْرَجَ يَدَهُ لَمْ يَكَدْ يَرَاهَا]

“Darknesses within a deep sea, which is covered by waves upon waves of darkness, above him are clouds of darkness, one above another. When he puts out his hand, he can hardly see it.” [TMQ Surah An-Nur: 40].

However, is there not ease after hardship, whilst after the blackness of darkness comes the brightness of day?!

On the authority of Abu Abdullah Khabbab ibn al-Artt, may Allah be pleased with him, who said, “We complained to the Messenger of Allah (saw) while he was leaning against his cloak in the shade of the Kaaba.” We said, “Will you not seek victory for us? Will you not supplicate for us? “ He said, «قَد كَانَ مَنْ قَبْلكُمْ يؤْخَذُ الرَّجُلُ فيُحْفَرُ لَهُ في الأَرْضِ فيجْعلُ فِيهَا، ثمَّ يُؤْتِى بالْمِنْشارِ فَيُوضَعُ علَى رَأْسِهِ فيُجعلُ نصْفَيْن، ويُمْشطُ بِأَمْشاطِ الْحديدِ مَا دُونَ لَحْمِهِ وَعظْمِهِ، مَا يَصُدُّهُ ذلكَ عَنْ دِينِهِ، واللهِ ليتِمنَّ اللهُ هَذا الأَمْر حتَّى يسِير الرَّاكِبُ مِنْ صنْعاءَ إِلَى حَضْرمْوتَ لاَ يخافُ إِلاَّ اللهَ والذِّئْبَ عَلَى غنَمِهِ، ولكِنَّكُمْ تَسْتَعْجِلُونَ»“Those who came before you would seize a man and have a hole dug for him in the ground, and he would be placed in it. Then a saw would be brought and placed on his head, and he would be cut in half. Then iron combs would be used to comb what was left of his flesh from the bones. However, all that would not turn him away from his Deen. Wallahi, Allah will surely complete this matter until a rider travels from Sana’a to Hadramaut, fearing nothing but Allah for himself, and the wolf for his sheep. However, you are impatient.” [Narrated by Al-Bukhari].

This is not the first time that Muslims have been in turmoil and the world has become difficult for them, and it will not be the last. Instead, it is Allah’s Sunnah Law in His universe, and with His believing servants. Allah (swt) says,

[مَّا كَانَ اللهُ لِيَذَرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَى مَا أَنتُمْ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّىَ يَمِيزَ الْخَبِيثَ مِنَ الطَّيِّبِ وَمَا كَانَ اللهُ لِيُطْلِعَكُمْ عَلَى الْغَيْبِ]

“Allah would not leave the believers in that state you are in until He distinguishes the evil from the good. Nor would Allah inform you of the Unseen.” [TMQ Surah Aal-i Imran: 179].

After hardship comes ease, and after night comes dawn. However, Allah (swt) said,

[قَدْ جَعَلَ اللهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْرًا]

“Allah has already set a decreed extent for everything,” [TMQ Surah At-Talaq 3] and He (swt) said,

[وَيَأْبَى اللهُ إِلاَّ أَن يُتِمَّ نُورَهُ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ]

“Allah refuses except to perfect His light, although the disbelievers dislike it.” [TMQ Surah At-Tawba 32].
