Richard Olson, the US Special Representative for Pakistan and Afghanistan, told the US House Foreign Affairs Committee on 16 December 2015 that, “We’ve had a very candid discussion with the Pakistanis about some of the concerns that we have, including about shorter-range nuclear systems.
