Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah Pakistan has issued an important leaflet regarding the operations in North Waziristan. It begins by warning the Muslims that, "During the blessed month of Ramadhan in which Muslims have celebrated victories over their enemies for over fourteen centuries, the Raheel-Nawaz regime is conducting military operations in North Waziristan.

Praise is to Allah (swt) who made us witness the month of Ramadan, its beginning is mercy, its middle is forgiveness and its end is protection from Hellfire. Ninety-three months of Ramadan have passed without a Khaleefah. Here we are welcoming another new Ramadan and we are divided and torn.
