From Sisi to Al-Alimi: Talking About Confronting and Combating Terrorism... What's the Story?!
(Translated)

No sooner had Sisi fallen silent on confronting and defeating terrorism in his speech commemorating the July 23, 1952 Revolution, then Rashad Al-Alimi, speaking from Riyadh on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, echoed the same sentiment during his meeting with the head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Mohsen Yahya Taleb, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Judge Ali Al-Awash, the Minister of Justice, Judge Badr Al-Ardah, and the Attorney General, Qaher Mustafa. So, what terrorism are they talking about?!

Sisi speaks of his satisfaction with the continued absence of Islamic rule, which he has replaced by separating religion from life, fostering a secular state, and promoting legalized corruption under the guise of freedoms, including freedom of belief. This occurs within the framework of a global capitalist system eager to combat Islam and its civilization under the pretext of "terrorism." He has been nominated by American politicians, from National Security Advisor Michael Flynn to President Trump, to implement "Protestant" reforms within Islam! The July 23, 1952 Revolution merely replaced British military occupation with American imperialism.

Sisi concealed the poverty and deprivation rates in Egypt, as well as the staggering $200 billion in debt owed to the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, allocating half of the public treasury's revenues solely to service the interest on this debt. He is the one who shackled and bound Egypt, which lies a stone's throw from the Gaza Strip, preventing it from coming to its aid as it was being destroyed. Gaza, which was once administratively part of Egypt, and from which Qutuz crossed to confront the Mongols in Hauran and defeat them at the Battle of Ain Jalut. Under the pretext of neutrality, he stood idly by, if not actively supported, the attack by America and its protégé, the Jewish entity, on Iran.

What kind of terrorism is Al-Alimi talking about when he and his local political allies are dragging the people of Yemen into brutal battles where their bodies are torn apart and their blood is spilled? Those who aren't killed in the fighting emerge maimed and disabled, spending the rest of their lives confined to wheelchairs, suffering the pain of disability and hardship. The positions taken by both sides in this senseless war are nothing but a reflection of their own deplorable state. Al-Alimi, his cronies, and the rulers of Sana'a have terrorized the people of Yemen—children, women, and the elderly—who are terrified and crushed by missiles and drones in a war that has now lasted over eleven years, a continuation of six decades of conflict and war that the people of Yemen have endured. Al-Alimi goes further in opening the country to the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and their allies from the US Agency for International Development and the US Treasury Department, in confrontation with the British Colonial Office, the Commonwealth, and they participate in establishing foreign alliances in the war on Islam under the name of "terrorism," and they agree to tear Yemen apart, sponsored by regional parties that do not possess the elements of good for themselves, and they provide trillions of dollars of public property money from oil and gas to the West, and they engage in its schemes!

The ruling regimes in Egypt and Yemen, and the rest of the regimes in the Muslim world, are participating in consolidating the Sykes-Picot borders and engaging in further fragmentation, leading to the emergence of new political entities in Yemen, Libya, Sudan, and Morocco, similar to what happened in East Timor and South Sudan!

The rhetoric of ruling regimes across the Muslim world—without exception—reveals minds steeped in Western culture, indicative of a deep-seated hatred for Islam. The West, whose capitalist civilization is dying and breathing its last, and whose global financial system is on its deathbed, awaiting its burial, is witnessing an inevitable global return to gold as the safe haven for money, the evaporation of paper currency, and its revaluation against gold.

This is a profound, albeit unacknowledged, failure of the ruling regimes throughout the Muslim world to adequately address the political vacuum left by the absence of the Khilafah (Caliphate) since 1342 AH (1924 CE), and the imminent dawn of the second Khilafah established according to the methodology of the Prophethood. Allah (swt) says:

[إِنَّا لَنَنصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْأَشْهَادُ]

We certainly help Our messengers and the believers, ˹both˺ in this worldly life and on the Day the witnesses will stand forth ˹for testimony˺” [Ghafir 40-51], and the Messenger of Allah (saw) says «ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ»“Then there will be a Khilafah (Caliphate)based on the prophetic model.”
